We had the best experience with Thermo Direct. Our electricians Daurlin and Billy were the absolute best! They were very knowledgeable and offered suggestions on lighting options that made our home look spectacular. We will definitely be using Thermo Direct in the future!

I give Thermo Direct 4 stars and not 5 because there was more back and forth communication than I prefer but overall this company went over and beyond to rectify all issues. They showed up on time, completed the job quickly and left the area nice and tidy. I definitely would use their services again!

The installers came right on schedule and very professional. Did not know much about Thermo Direct when I started the process but they turned out to be terrific to do business with.

Ultimately not 5 starts because 1) scheduling was a challenge and 2) as the guys reinstalled the hot tub panels they stripped a ton of screws and didn't put a panel back on correctly, so I had to redo that one. Still did good electrical work!

Lillian and Tim, responded to our call in a timely manner. At first I wasn't impressed with their diagnostic practices. It appeared they were trying to upsale me on a fixture that I didn't think what's the problem. After some conversation on what my issue was they collectively came up with a plan. Whether it was by accident or not, they fixed the issue quick and left with me being a happy customer.

My whole home was disrupted due to a power outage. I was out of power temporarily but my thermostat was damaged and inoperable for days. The heat trapped inside of my home took a toll on my health. I called Thermo Direct today and they fit me into their busy schedule. Ms. Morgan was compassionate and very helpful.

My technician Rome was truly a blessing. He was professional, respectful, communicative, knowledgeable and hard working. Mr. Rome quickly diagnosed the issue, explored many options and took action. In no time my ac was back up and running. It has gone from 91 degrees inside of my home to 84 degrees in a little over an hour. Good businesses and people are hard to find. I feel that I have finally found both at Thermo Direct. Thank you

My husband and had a new AC unit and heating system installed by Justin and Jamie today. We had been recommended to use Thermo Direct by our neighbors who had their system installed a couple years ago. I have only praise to give these two. They were prompt in arriving and after I showed them where the heating unit was and AC outside they quickly got to work, giving me updates throughout the day. They both were so friendly, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend Thermo Direct and their incredible installers and very knowledgeable employees.

This was the third visit and servicing w fluids and filters used. The technician told me how many hours the generator had been on, and it had been the equivalent of 16 days over 2 years!!! He did a fantastic job and was very professional. Thank you so much!

So far very happy. Technician great and knowledgeable. More to come. Project not completed yet.
