Initial experience with T&G. Easy to schedule furnace check. They fit their time into our calendar. Juan was prompt, friendly, and professional. He introduced an agenda and followed through. He also provided updates as he completed his work and answered all questions we had. Juan is very personable and knowledgeable. He produced solutions to some minor issues, and even scheduled our AC check in the spring. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I truly had a great experience with Team Josue and Jonathan. They were very professional and thorough. I felt so sorry for them because they had to install this large equipment on a second floor condo. (Their poor backs). Anyway, they did a magnificent job and cleaned up afterwards. I really give them 10 stars. Thank you!!!

Very professional, attention to detail, very tidy surfaced all areas of my home with carpets and tarps to make sure all in the home protected. Worked until job was done and successfully completed while maintaining a positive attitude. Assistant was also very nice professional along with the rest of the team that came to assist and supervise. Throughout the entire install everyone just wanted to make sure everything was beyond satisfactory. I would highly recommend to utilize this company for all plumbing, Heating and Cooling needs.

We were pretty devastated to find out our new-to-us 100-year old home needed a new furnace. We had just joined the Care Club and thought we were having a routine filter check and inspection, when we discovered a large crack in the furnace. Julio the inspector was kind and professional and connected us to Chip and Dionne in sales, who set us up with some good options including financing. Today, Hannah and Jack installed our new furnace. They were thorough, professional and explained everything before and after install. We have had a very positive experience from start to finish, and happy to be members of the Care Club knowing they will continue to be there when we need. Thank you!

Cody came out today and cleared a clog in my floor drain. He was timely, polite, and I appreciated that he was clean and put down a tarp! He answered all of my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend him!

They helped me relocate the unit in a favorable area of my yard which provided more room on my patio. They efficient but thorough. They performed a walk thru inside and outside. They also gave suggestions on how maintain the flow and proper preservation for the winter. They did a superb job and I was 100% satisfied.
