We have had Universal Windows do work twice over the past 5 years. They installed new windows and most recently put a new roof, gutters/guard and skylight in. They were quick and did a nice job. I am pretty sure my husband and I spoke with everyone from the customer service rep to the president, finance, sales rep etc. They were all polite and genuine. We were able to pick all the colors out and our sales rep Norman was patient with us. Picking colors for home improvements is a big deal. Having people in and out of your home you trust is important. I feel we made a good choice.

I don't think we could say how very pleased we were with Tina (who waited a year after we had a family emergency for us to call back) and Norman Conrad our sales person. We had another company come and give us a quote and it seemed pushy to us. Mr. Conrad was anything BUT pushy..explained everything, no changing prices if we didn't do it right now, etc. We are excited and looking forward to our new windows. Thanks so much for a great experience!

I would give them a 10 if there were that many stark. The guys were great. There were a couple of places that were Duffy to reach but they figured it out and got it done with no delays. Thank you Universal Windows. My house is so much brighter and and I love my new front window.

I purchased a patio door with internal venetian blinds.
I love it!! Absolutely love it. The blinds keep the sun out, without the worry of having the cat or dog brush into them and ruin them, as they are between the glass.
The installers were fantastic, and explained everything.
The price was the best one around. But putting the price aside, as it is said, "you get what you pay for" I truly got what I paid for, from ordering, installing, and follow-up.
Would I recommend Universal Windows Direct? Without any hesitation I would.

Universal windows direct did a thorough job assessing my need to install a new window in my eating area. They let me know they wanted my business and gave me a reasonable price. The window is quality and they did a beautiful job installing it. They installed it from the outside in and had to remove siding but replaced it the same day. The finishing work on the inside is excellent also. The pictures were taken before the trim was painted.

Overly pushy salesperson (probably the most over the top I’ve dealt with). Window estimates were over 10k more than the provider we went with. I’m sure their product is great, but very costly.

They've replaced the majority of our windows. They still have a hard to find one (because of size) left to do, but it will be installed in October. They did drywall work in a bedroom. We were very happy with the work, and the prices. Everyone is very nice at the company. We would hire them in the future!

These guys are top notch. We needed all the windows replaced in our Sun Room, along with a siding issue, and they did it all. They were fast, efficient, and I was really impressed with the quality of the workmanship. A few months later I had them come out and replace a big picture window. They were done in about 2 hours and, again, excellent work. I will hire these guys for the rest of the windows once I have my pennies saved!
