The gentlemen are so nice and very professional. Got to work quickly and finished the job in a timely manner. The only reason I gave four stars is that the wrong front entry door was delivered. Fortunately they had me check the door before starting the install. I’m not sure how long it will take for the correct door to be made, but I trust that Window & Wall will take care. Things happen and I’m not worried.

Service techs on site were fantastic, clean, experienced, attentive and prompt. Made this appointment weeks ago and was worried nobody was in touch to confirm until morning of arrival. But office was very friendly and helpful in my conversations. Appreciate the job very well done by Carlos and Jadan. Also visited by Ramon Gonzalez and instructed on the entire operation. Thanks again.

Great company easy to deal with from salesman to Measurements associate.
Instalation was scheduled, workers arrived on time and went right to work. Joe and Damion installed 8 windows, one a large picture window and my front door. Work took 2 days. Joe and Damion were great clean up each area inside and outside, their work was exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone needing windows.

Windowwall provided a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I love my new windows and sliding glass door!! The installers were efficient and covered my furniture to minimize mess.

The Window Wall people were wonderful and respectful workers and did a great job putting our windows in.
Especially in the difficult situation where there was nothing level on our lanai.
They did a wonderful job of cleaning up after themselfs as they went about the job in hand. I want to thank everyone from the salesmen to the last individual who came in and put the trim up after the inspection.

Stressful....
More than half windows were wrong size, to big gaps between windows and walls,frames. Looks like 2-3" on each sides...
The walls around frames are not ready for painting like was agreed.
They told me , it's ok just buy some glue to glue some parts of peeled wall, fix and sand all , than you can paint!!!
Teims are not evenly done too.

The big hole that was made on a drywall was just dumped bunch of the mud.. no drywall or anything as a back support.
I just wanted them to be done.. was to stressful to look.
Manager Rafael was very rude, arrogant and talks over you all the time. Didn't want to listen to any of our concerns, just saying all over .. everything is perfect.

Honestly better buy windows at home depot and have someone instal them, it will be cheaper $10k +. These windows are not made by measurements to fit my openings, as they said. I did address this few times, but no one cares!!!!
Manager is just protecting the company, and they do not care about customer!!!
Not sure how they can have many positive reviews with this unprofessional work and behavior!!!
UPDATE
Manager John was back and he did fix the trims.
2 window trims were not sealed good again. So I had to fix that coz didn't get any respond for 2 weeks.
Still have one damaged window that's promised to be replaced and now they are ignoring . And they took my broom too!! And every time I ask they do ignore.
I texted John again and no reply.

We are extremely grateful for the professionalism, outstanding staff and materials used for our window installation —16 PGT. The process was seamless from beginning to end and the installation team was phenomenal and left our project and home looking first rate— From Tyler, our sales rep, Grace, our coordinator and Abby, our accounting person—everyone and everything was amazing! We have 10 more windows to install next year and we know we will definitely be back.

Window installation was a breeze. Chris made us feel comfortable with such a huge purchase! Through and through we are satisfied and feel more protected now through the storms to come! This is a fraudulent company, not working on their words. A guy who come to take order told us that they will finish it in 4-6 week, which actually took almost 3 months. The deal was done to do metal on lower aspect and easy breeze on rest. The measurement guy (so called their project manager) was so dumb that he took 3 hrs to measure 2 sides and took our help. And measurements come wrong and wrong dimensions materials came. Bcz of that, they were lacking 4 inches height on both side. So, instead of bringing another perfect size easy breeze, they installed what they ordered and in lower aspect where metal piece come, they have to add more metal. So they applied metal just outside and inside they applied plywood. Which looks bad and eventually we removed everything and gave order to another company to fix it. So think before you trust on them.

I highly recommend this company after a very positive experience from them installing 8 windows and two sliders in our condo. From signing the contract with their fabulous salesperson, Nicole Archer, through the 3-day installation, it was around 4 months, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. Because we had had a very bad experience with another window company and had to break our contract with them, Nicole took it upon herself to make sure we had a great experience with Window Wall. Her supervisor, Taylor, was also readily available for any questions we had and he quickly got us in contact with whoever we needed to handle our questions. The customer service was above and beyond. The two guys who did the installation were professional and did a great job. While they were installing, another team showed up with a supervisor to check our project and keep it on track. My husband had a few questions right at that moment and the supervisor addressed them immediately. The previous company with which we canceled, said they could not find a window for our bathroom. Nicole assured us they would have no issues and they did not. In fact, they didn’t even have to remove tile as they thought they might need to. That window looks perfect. They all do. Our house is more comfortable and we can’t hear any of the traffic from a very close and busy highway. We’re so glad we chose Window Wall to install our windows and doors. One of the best investments we’ve made for our home.
