All affiliates are welcome to apply, but special attention will be given to home improvement & design-based sites. If you have a site in the home improvement/design niche with an engaged audience, you’ll likely have great success with our program.
In order to gain access to our Affiliate Program, you can apply here. All affiliates must be approved by Modernize.
We pay a flat fee for each lead. Price is determined based on the trade (windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, etc).
You will be required to agree to our Terms and Conditions. You can leave the program at any time.
As an affiliate, you’ll have a wide range of creative banners, iFrames, text links, and more. You’re also encouraged to make your own creative, so long as Modernize reviews them to ensure they fall within our creative policies.
