Service Fee pricing
You are responsible to pay a $85 Service Fee when the Contractor visits your Home for diagnosis. You have the option to raise or lower your monthly payment when you choose a different Service Fee.
Pay a lower rate on your coverage in exchange for a $100 Service Fee.Pay a higher rate on your coverage in exchange for a $65 Service Fee.
Additional taxes and fees
A 9.5% monthly processing fee is included on product and all optional coverage prices when you choose monthly pay.

I have been with 2-10 for 8 years. I filed a claim for the FIRST TIME on 09/20/2025 due to the fact my AC was leaking water. I shut my upstairs AC unit off on 09/20/2025 because I did not want to cause or create any possible water damage. 2-10 assigned PRO Tech HVAC to fix the issue. However, my Supreme package covered less than half to fix the issue. Now, I'm questioning myself, why do I have a home warranty. I was told my out of pocket cost was $900.00 and a few days later it was corrected now it's $650.00. On 09/23/2025, 2-10 ordered the part that was instructed by Pro Tech HVAC BUT the part was scheduled to arrive to the warehouse on 10/04/2025 ; 1 week and a few days later. I live in AZ, it's not an option to have AC it's a necessity. I called 2-10 and explained to them my situation and I was told it was nothing they could do for me. On top of that, Pro Tech HVAC texted me and told me when they receive a confirmation that the part is ready they will let me know. The next day I received a confirmation that the part would be at the warehouse on 10/04/2025 and ready for pickup at the close of business day. I texted/screen shot Pro Tech HVAC the confirmation pickup date for the part and Pro Tech HVAC never texted me back or called me. I had to find an out of network AC company to fix my AC because once 2-10 assigns a tech to you, they cannot cancel the assignment. 2-10 customer svc gave me the option to find someone else and once the work is completed I must upload the paid invoice into the homeowner portal and 2-10 will reimburse me. That sounds great, however; the reimbursement takes 30-45 days. To add insult to injury, I have been without a working upstairs AC unit for almost 2 1/2 weeks, the part that was previously ordered was incorrect and my out of pocket cost is now $1075.00. Once my AC is fixed, I will cancel my warranty with 2-10 and I will not refer or encourage anyone to purchase a 2-10 home warranty. If there was a no star rating, I will rate 2-10 NO stars but I have to rate them so it's a ONE star for me. If you have a warranty with 2-10 good luck to you. 2-10 will not assist you by making your situation easier, nor will they offer you a reasonable resolution to fix your issue.
