This company installed my solar system and in three years I have only had it work for 6 months. My bills are as high, or higher, than they were before they installed the system. Poor installation, poor service, and I sent them my electric bills 4 times without a response. Each time they "couldn't find them. I believe they have gone bankrupt but if they haven't, run away from them. Do NOT use them to install a solar system.

This company talks a really good game but they don't take care of there customers. I have had problems with my solar from the beginning its has been 2 years and the solar are not reading right yet.i don't understand why nobody will get back in touch or do what they say they're going to do.i have had some many people stop and ask about my solar,and i tell them please don't use these people because they don't do what they say now have sent all this money on solar and paying duke power and the solar panels crazy so i am left with getting a lawyer and get my money back. One of my biggest regrets is going solar—terrible experience with this company. My installation was delayed, and then they failed the inspection; once they finally made repairs to pass the inspection, they didn’t pay the inspector. I had an issue with my panels, and they said I would be compensated for their mistakes. They even sent me a document to sign saying I would be compensated a certain amount. I never received the check and now they’re out of business!!!
Our experience with 365 Solar is currently a work in progress. Originally, I would have rated 0 stars at best. After the installation in 2021 there were many problems, customer service was non-existent and no responsibility was taken for issues with our home. We considered an attorney.
Surprisingly, in late 2023, 365 Solar called to tell us they were under new management/ownership and that many changes had been made. They wanted an opportunity to make things right with us, acknowledging the ball had been dropped. Will Allgood lives up to his name, coming out to the house with a team to correct issues with the panels and the house. We are still working with them but so far they are making good on the promise to make things right. I will update this once everything is complete.

I am very pleased with the crew that did the install of our system. Before they even started we did a walk around, I let them know where they could go, what parts of my garden beds could not be disturbed, what could be moved if needed. They were very professional and polite.
UPDATE: 11/6/23 The company has changed managers and updated their call center. They actually called me several times out of the blue to check on my system. They had Generac review the system as well to make sure it was running smoothly.

I regret choosing 365 Solar Energy. Their customer service is only responsive until you sign the contract; it went from them getting back to me within hours to getting back to me between 1-2 weeks if at all. The installation took about 4 months for them to get it right, such that the unit could get connected to the internet. Their installation team made a mistake and turned on the inverter before Duke gave them permission to. This resulted in me being fined. I asked 365 solar to reimburse me for this, and the service rep declined. On their sales pitch, they show predictions about savings and home value added. Since having my system installed, I have yet to see any savings remotely close to what they advertised.
This company is a complete scam! Don't get solar. We had ours installed over a year and a half ago. When we called Duke Energy they told us 365 solar did not install enough panels. Meanwhile, our panels we do have constantly break. We were told our electric bill would be about $40 a month but we are paying $138 a month. Don't get solar panels!
Hi guys i just wanted to say thank you so much for my solar panels. I opted in for the battery and it already has saved me from two power outages that ive had. they look so cool on my roof too. 365 solar is the best!!
Solar has proved to be a great investment. My solar panels almost completely eliminated my power bill that I had. I’m a Duke energy customer and my power bill is literally $6 now. It’s crazy and it works. Maybe because it’s been so sunny and hot out lately but dang this stuff really works. 365 is the company I did it with. Signed up and has been great and easy ever since. USE EM is all I can say.
