Second generation home improvement contractors Rich and Zach were childhood friends and worked with there father's Rick Luppino and Brain Ziegler who were also high school buddies and built there own successful Roofing and home improvement companies.

The family’s use to go on family vacations together and the two sons learned that hard work and integrity made for a successful business. This honest sincere approach to the family business was taught from a very young age. Both fathers instilled these strong values of family and customer service into the young men.

The story gets better as both the owners sisters Jamie Luppino and Kaila Ziegler both work in the companies office along with a close family friend Korrin. ​ Rich and sister Kayla ended up marrying and have been blessed with a beautiful baby girl Kylie.
