I am sorry to have to write this review, however I feel it is important to share my experience. In early December I called Abraham AC to check my ac unit. They told me I needed a new compressor and air handler for my Florida condo. I live in CT and had my tenant on site to work with the service/ sales person. I own two condo's in the building and they replaced the ac in my other condo with a 1 1/2 ton unit with little fanfare. I figured I would get the same size ac unit as the condo's are the same size and on the same floor. I asked the sales person why the price was much higher than a year earlier and they said I needed a 2 ton unit which I questioned, but went along with. As it turns out when I saw the invoice after I paid, they only installed a 1 1/2 ton ac unit. The installation was on December 4th at which point they said we needed a sticker on the unit and a different breaker before the city can sign off on the permit. I called them repeatedly to have the work completed. (It took a month and a half to get the breaker). All the while the receptionists on the phone were very courteous, however they could never advance the call to a supervisor or manager as requested. It always seems management is busy. I asked for call backs from a supervisor numerous times and never heard from them. At one point I was able to reach Alyssa, who I believes oversees the call center folks and she promised a call back which never happened. As recent as today, February 2, I was told Alyssa would return my call after her meeting. Never happened. After 2 months I am still waiting for them to have the certification sticker installed so the city can sign off on the permit. My credit card company issued me a provisional credit so I am not out the money at this point. I keep calling and said I want to pay what is rightfully owed for a 1/12 unit as soon as the city signs off on the permit. Hopefully this is a wake up call to management.

Rafael was great. He was professional, thorough and efficient. He clearly knew his stuff. He answered all my questions and had great customer service. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain what was recommended and gave me options without any pressure. The pricing was fair and transparent — no hidden fees or surprises.

Awesome company and tech Rafael! Our air broke on Friday and we actually had another company come out and said our Motor broke and they would be back Monday to replace it. This never happened, we couldn't even get a call back or speak to anyone except their call center and they got our $99 fee for coming out. My husband call Abraham and Rafael was out in a few hours and replaced our motor the next day without issue. Very nice and knowledge guy. I highly recommend this company. They are now go to for air conditioning issues. You need a company that is reliable living in South Florida!

Today I had service from Abraham AIRCONDITIONING. I WAS VERY HAPPY TO SEE RAPHEll. Extremely polite and friendly person same time he knew his business. Very sharp gentleman. He finished his service, showed me what he did and ask me if I have any concerns. I can’t ask more than that. I recommend this company and service man RAPHEAL.

The installation was the best I have seen in my 45 years of being an A/C technician, engineer and project manager. Thank you for excellent work!

Eric, Sam, Patric and Dave deserve a round of applause. Great technicians. I wish I had them on all my projects when I worked in the industry.

Rafael came out to conduct a maintenance tune up for me and was very attentive! He took his time to explain to me what was going on with my unit and present multiple options to solve my issues. I didn’t feel pressured to pay for a service I didn’t need. I also love that they take pictures of everything and actually show you what’s going on. Rafael was very patient and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend. Thank you!!

Excellent service, friendly and honest staff. We called several companies and they were the first ones to contact us back and got stated on our repair quickly.

I’ve had this Abraham for three years, and this year, i am needing some work (low four figures). The tech pushed me to agree to the work while looking at the description on his phone screen. I advised they needed to e-mail me the estimates for review. They’ll be doing the work next week, but they need to work on their pitch.

Rafael came to the house and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. Made the repairs and the whole process was seamless for myself and the tenants in our house. He worked through 3 rain storms and stayed to ensure the job was completed properly. Incredible work and outstanding customer service by Rafael and Abraham AC.

Wonderful company! Dealing with knowledgeable people like tom over the phone makes one feel at ease and having a technician like Travaras Eubanks insured me I made the right decision in hiring them to fix and service my ac. I don’t think I have ever had anyone be so thorough and take so much time making sure everything was working properly! I will without hesitation use them again
