I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. If you choose to proceed, please read the fine print of the contract very carefully and ask questions before signing. The contract is deliberately written so that, even if they damage your property due to negligence or incompetence, there will be practically no accountability, and this is exactly what happened to us when we made the unfortunate decision to hire this company to fix a small (about 5 inches in length) drywall crack. In October 2024, two workers arrived at our house to stabilize the floor under the crack. I was surprised to see that no one was supervising the process from the floor level. We previously used a different company in the past, and it is common practice for one worker to observe from the floor level to avoid unnecessary damage. As a result of the workers' unprofessionalism, the initially-small crack tripled in size and became much more prominent. In addition, multiple large new cracks resulted in several other areas of the wall. The workers tried to gaslight us by stating that the cracks were “minor cosmetic damage” and that “they see this all the time.” However, they couldn’t explain why no one was supervising from the floor level. A couple of pictures are attached so you know what to expect.

We voiced our concerns to them, and, at first, the company seemed to be willing to pay for the repairs. However, as soon as we got to the stage of discussing the repair estimate (which was very reasonable - less than 15% of what we paid Acculevel), they tried to avoid paying the full price and fought for every dollar. We tried to reason with them and even offered to waive future adjustments which were included in the contract. In return (and without prior notice), they wanted us to sign a restrictive “mutual release agreement” which was designed to benefit only the company and would force us into silence, which we refused. Zach, who was our service advisor, even accused us of trying to “strongarm the company,” and then threatened to place a lien on our house. All of our proposals to resolve the situation were either rejected or ignored. In the end, we decided to pay the remaining balance, even though we were extremely dissatisfied with their work and how the company conducted business in general.

To Ryan, Zach, and the rest of the Acculevel team: please note that a contract is a contract. There were two names and two signatures on it, and I hope you consider rethinking how you interact with all customers who sign a contract. It’s simply rude and unprofessional to ignore your customers for three months of attempting to make contact, especially after you damage their property.

I strongly regret hiring Acculevel. We were charged for work that wasn’t done, and their “custom” crawl space door was just a flimsy sheet of metal with foam. They removed our siding and left it unfinished, then later sent someone to “fix” it—who used house screws and attached it in the wrong place, making it impossible to reconnect properly. Now, we have to pay someone else to redo our siding and are left with a foam board covering our so-called “custom” crawl space entrance.

Mistakes happen, but their complete lack of accountability is unacceptable. They ignored my husband’s calls, yet when I called from a blocked number, they answered immediately. After finally agreeing to come back and assess the issues, they never showed up or followed up.

This level of disregard for customers is inexcusable. My advice: do not pay your invoice until the work is completed correctly. I cannot recommend this company, and I strongly urge others to look elsewhere for reliable service.

Only use this company if you are wanting a crawlspace full of disappointment. The previous home owner paid $60k (yes , you read that correctly) to have them come in to waterproof the basement and crawlspaces. So far, the basement is ok...haven't looked today... they encapsulated everything and gave a 25 year transferable. After I moved in, I noticed water pooling on top of the encapsulation. When they came out to look, I was told it would cost THOUSANDS of dollars more to make the repair, however, the rep wouldn't put it in writing. When I contacted the company, I was told to read the warranty, because the crawlspaces aren't covered. (Be aware: you have to send a claim via snail mail AND the warranty states "at company discretion ") these are pictures of the water pools and the way the rep pulled the encapsulation back but didn't replace it. Also, if you have a different company make the repair, it could void any "warranty" you think you have. Oh... and I've been ghosted.

Acculevel did a great job fixing my basement so it would not leak. Four men show up on time, worked very hard all day. They knew exactly what they were doing and worked very well together.
Kyle, came over as a representative and explained everything they would do and they did it. I am very please with Kyle and all the workers.

Brian Reed was absolutely fantastic as our project leader. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable.

Brian took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure all of our questions were answered. It was clear he genuinely cared about our project and wanted to ensure we were 100% satisfied.

Nothing but a bad experience. Had the front of the house lifted and the back, They lifted the front of the house 2 inches two high. Cracked the wall broke the bricks. That was was in 2020. Now in 2025, the house is settling again. Crack in wall and ceiling.

We are so pleased with the work Acculevel performed for us. Chris was amazing! From his first visit when he gave us an estimate, to him assisting us and his crew on the day of service, to the follow up call immediately following, Chris showed care, concern, professionalism and patience. He took time to explain in detail our problem and the solutions Acculevel would provide. He has made himself available to answer our questions throughout the entire process.
