American Metal Roofs

AMR went above and beyond my expectations. It was a smaller project above my bay window and rear patio overhang, but the results were exactly what I was looking for. Our salesman, Mark Clements went the extra mile to personally check out the project after completion to wipe down the roof, and do the small touch ups to make sure I was fully satisfied. This attention to detail puts them a cut above the rest.

We hired American Metal Roofs to replace an old, rusted tin roof over a bay window. They were very professional throughout the process. They showed up on time for the initial consultation, talked us through the material options, provided us a quote onsite, and kept us informed throughout the process. The workers were diligent, competent, and respectful. The lead craftsman was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We are very satisfied with the result and would highly recommend to neighbors.

My neighbor had them do his roof and it looked good 10 years later so I decided to give American Metal Roof a call. Saleman was very nice, not high pressure, went over the options, checked my attic. I thought he was thorough. The installers were just as thorough. They reviewed things before they started, cleaned up each day, answered questions. At the end gave me some suggestions, ex. get my chimney tuck pointed, let me know what they saw. I thought everyone did a good job and were helpful to me beyond what they got paid for. Very professional. I would and have recommended them to friends.

Scheduled an estimate for a metal roof. I was told to expect the appointment to take up to 90 minutes because the salesman would inspect the existing roof first. Two hours into the appointment, I was still nowhere close to receiving an estimate. After inspecting my existing roof, the salesman spent a very long time trying to convince me that I should not buy an asphalt roof. I had no intention of buying an asphalt roof, which is why I called a metal roofing company. I politely told him this and asked him to move on and tell me about the AMR product, but he completely disregarded my request and continued discussing everything but AMR’s product. Eventually I asked him to leave because we were getting nowhere. After spending over two hours at my house, he never gave me an estimate.

I love my roof. It took 30 days for completion but the meticulous work was completed effortlessly.

Received many compliments from those walking and driving by. My neighbor even complimented how detailed the workers were in completin the job.

The house looks great! The new roof makes the house stand out, now I don't accidentally pass by. Great crew of workers got right to work and got the job done fast. Very happy with the work done. Will call again when ready to do out buildings.

This company is truly customer focused. From day one we were impressed with them. From the show room to the technicians doing our install we felt confident that they were the ones we wanted to install our roof! Mike our sales representative spent several hours with us helping to choose the roofing design and educating us on metal roofs. Our install crew had us meet each morning to discuss any issues or concerns. What a pleasant surprise, all issues and concerns were addressed to our satisfaction! The communication and professionalism, from the sales person and scheduling all the way through to the installation team, are top notch. The installers kept us informed about a storm delay, asked permission to leave equipment over night, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Our barn roof from four years ago looks just as good as the new garage roof. They look amazing, and we’ll never need it done again.

I liked the idea of a metal roof because of its eye appeal/attractiveness, and the warranty, which is lifetime and transferable. I appreciated the care of the installation team and particularly the team leader. He sometimes made the team tear off and re-do areas he did not think were perfect enough. I enjoyed working with the Customer Concierge, Leah, and now Amber Thomas. They were personable, courteous, and expressed strong desire to help as needed. When I had a water run off issue after installation, Nate Westfell, who specializes in solving problem issues was sent to my home as soon as possible. He was a joy to work with. He was attentive, listened, analyzed the issue, and found solutions. Everyone I have mentioned including a short conversation with Vice President Dan Lane were very professional while also personable and courteous.
