This is an absolute scam of a company. I’ve had the same experience everyone else in these reviews have had. It took almost A YEAR to get them installed and turned on. Now in May of 2024, without my knowledge the panels were off and are still off at of September 2024. No one will return my calls and when someone does answer I get the run around. I am expected to pay $160/months for these panels that are not on PLUS an electric bill of $200+. I want these panels off of my house and to never deal with this company again.

Absolute Garbage Company. Do not use. They took over a year to get the install completed in the first place, changed the project manager 5 times, and failed different inspections by the city. Then a year later the system goes down and they won’t answer their phones. Won’t talk to me, won’t fix it. The system went down in May of 2024 and now in September I’ve had to call a different solar company to pay them to see if they’ll come fix the system. Enphase sent emails, I’ve called 1000 times. Absolute garbage. Worst experience dealing with a company in my life.

Have had issues with the panels every since we got them. They never call back when they say they will. It is almost impossible to get someone out to fixed panels not working. Called and was told by Sierra that they would get back in touch with us Monday. It is Friday.

I would agree with everyone who has experienced the no call backs and the line of bull from the office personnel. I've had a lady quote me a price to remove a damaged panel from a tree that had fallen on my house due to high winds. I've repeatedly called or visited the office to have this work done without results. I keep getting, will check on it and get back to you. I will be filling out a complaint as should the rest of you.

I got taken to the cleaners. Not enough panels still paying half my electric bill. They won't take my calls or return them. Left a big hole in the wall 4 months ago. Said they would fix

This has to be one on the worst installers I have ever used. Please do not use arrowpoint especially of you are in the Texas or Oklahoma area. They have so many hidden fees and they will take more then 5 months to get your paneles installed. That's not including how long they will take to turn the paneles on. BEWARE of this company

Purchasing solar for my home was the worst decision I have ever made as an adult & this company certainly took full advantage of that decision. I purchased solar from Vivant Solar (who are now have multiple class action lawsuits in other states for shady sale methods) and Arrowpoint did the unit install. Vivant said it would be a "few hundred" to remove solar panels if I ever needed to replace my roof. (Yes, hindsight I should have gotten the exact number in writing: duh.) When I was selling my house and reached out to Arrowpoint for the actual cost in writing, they quoted me over $9k and let me know if anyone else touches the unit, it voids all warranties. (Note: national average is $3800) After being quite persistent with the company finally speaking with the owner (who spoke with the professionalism of teenager who you had annoyed by having the audacity to question them), I was able to get a mildly lower amount agreed upon. All that being said, having new solar on my home cost me about $15k in sale price and gave me the opportunity to encounter this company. (Note: not all opportunities are good ones.)

They do not tell you of the 3 day cancellation policy (which is a super short policy in my opinion) and are trying to charge me a 10% fee of the total ESTIMATE of costs of the cancelled contract when only a couple people showed up to do electric surveys that lasted less than an hour. 4574.71! Run.

I've had my system for 10 months now. I was told the system was extra large to over produce and that my electric bill shouldn't be more than $10. I haven't had an electric bill less than $45 and I had one as high as $130. The financing they give you requires you to reinvest the tax credit you receive. So the first 18 months of the loan was supposed to be $140 and then if I didn't invest the 12k tax credit back into it after 18 months, the loan amount will go up to $190. I have done my taxes and learned we only get 5k of that tax credit now and the rest will be split up between next year and possibly the year after that. So now my loan is going to go up, I will be paying $250/month minimum, possibly more. My electric bills before solar were around $140 so this is outrageous. I did report them to the attorney general and hesitated to leave a review but I definitely want to warn people. Do not use this company.
I haven't even gotten into how horribly the install date went. They were at my house until 10:30pm installing when they told me they wouldn't be there past 3pm. But all of that is semantics compared to the lies they tell you just to get you to buy.
