Bath Fitter

Jon Shrum was my installer and he was absolutely outstanding. He arrived promptly at 8:00 and finished up around 4:00. The finished product looks amazing as you can well see in the photo. Bath Fitter did a tub/shower conversion for me several years ago so I knew I would use their company again and again. Working with a local company makes all the different in the world.

Very pleased with the shower install. Looks great. Chris who was the worker was like a well oiled machine. He never stopped until the job was completed. You could tell he was an expert in this field. I would recommend him anytime. Very organized and professional. He was also very friendly. I'm glad I went with Bath Fitter.

We are very pleased with our shower installation! Jon Shrum was our installer and he did a marvelous job. He was very thorough and detail-oriented. He converted our garden tub into this walk-in shower. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter for your bath and shower upgrades!

I highly recommend Bath Fitters as they did what they promised to do - which was take out a jacuzzi tub and camp shower, recenter the drain and carry all the junk away. The whole process was phenomenal-from Jeff in sales, QC measurements staff, to the office staff, and finally Stan our Installer. Stan was awesome! Worked efficiently for two days on our bath; cleaned up everything! We were so impressed with the Company as a whole, we have our upstairs bath scheduled to be done. Best of all everything is a Lifetime Warranty!

I could not be more pleased than I am with our choice to have a tub to shower conversion done by Bath Fitter. Everyone from the sales rep to the installer was incredibly helpful. Since we were having a custom shower base installed, and a knee wall had to be knocked out, we were given an expectation of the install taking 2 days. The installer (Chris) showed up exactly on time, and was able to finish the entire demo and installation by 4:30 pm that day. The final result was immaculate. I am so glad that we decided to go with Bath Fitter!

Great place. Great people. The whole experience was done with ease. They make sure you are comfortable and understand every choice. Installation was done in 1 day as promised. Stan was on time and worked at a pace unheard off in today's world. Made sure everything was tight and no leaks. Explained his work both as he went and when complete. Worked hard and didn't spend 30 min at a time on his phone. Very impressive young man.

The installers did a great job letting me know each step of the demo and install process. The new shower wall piece was not cut to the correct height and the team immediately got on the phone and found one in their Columbia location and drove to meet someone to get it. I really appreciate the effort they put in to correcting the issue. They were very patient answering questions and ensuring I was good with the placement of each feature in the shower. They even did a demo so I could see everything was working properly. Very knowledgeable and nice guys making for a great customer experience.

Stan is a true pro! Professional all the way through the job. He kept me in the loop and made sure I was satisfied along the way. Our new tub is beautiful!!

Wes was our sales person and he was great knew his stuff and answered all question's. Stan was our installer and he was amazing. Can’t say enough about how good this experience was. I left Stan installing to go to work my husband was home. When I got home I could not tell there had been any demolition done in our house at all it was so clean and the shower sparkles.
