Bath Fitter

I could not be more pleased than I am with our choice to have a tub to shower conversion done by Bath Fitter. Everyone from the sales rep to the installer was incredibly helpful. Since we were having a custom shower base installed, and a knee wall had to be knocked out, we were given an expectation of the install taking 2 days. The installer (Chris) showed up exactly on time, and was able to finish the entire demo and installation by 4:30 pm that day. The final result was immaculate. I am so glad that we decided to go with Bath Fitter!

Great place. Great people. The whole experience was done with ease. They make sure you are comfortable and understand every choice. Installation was done in 1 day as promised. Stan was on time and worked at a pace unheard off in today's world. Made sure everything was tight and no leaks. Explained his work both as he went and when complete. Worked hard and didn't spend 30 min at a time on his phone. Very impressive young man.

The installers did a great job letting me know each step of the demo and install process. The new shower wall piece was not cut to the correct height and the team immediately got on the phone and found one in their Columbia location and drove to meet someone to get it. I really appreciate the effort they put in to correcting the issue. They were very patient answering questions and ensuring I was good with the placement of each feature in the shower. They even did a demo so I could see everything was working properly. Very knowledgeable and nice guys making for a great customer experience.

Stan is a true pro! Professional all the way through the job. He kept me in the loop and made sure I was satisfied along the way. Our new tub is beautiful!!

Wes was our sales person and he was great knew his stuff and answered all question's. Stan was our installer and he was amazing. Can’t say enough about how good this experience was. I left Stan installing to go to work my husband was home. When I got home I could not tell there had been any demolition done in our house at all it was so clean and the shower sparkles. Both the salesman and installer came exactly when they said they would arrive. Both men were very professional and respected my home, and helped in the planning of what I wanted. Chris took out the old cast iron tub and did a fantastic job installing my new walk in shower. I have recommending Bath Fitter to all my friends. The new panel and door is being custom made and can’t wait to see the end result. Love the new transition to my bathroom!!
