Bath Fitter

We originally had Bath Fitter remodel our bathtub back in 2008. They came back a few years later and replaced our tub because it had a small crack in it. We think a worker put the toilet in the tub when we replaced the flooring. We told Bath Fitter, but they still replaced it at no charge! They also came back and recalked the tub a couple of times. All of this return work was at no charge. We were very pleased with Bath Fitter. That is why we went back to Bath Fitter when we decided to remove the tub and put in a shower with a fold down seat.
The sales lady in the showroom at the Greenville Remodeling Show was very nice and helpful. Myke came out to the house and helped us decide what we wanted. Then a week later Chris came out to install it.
They were all very professional and knowledgeable. They did not try to rush us to make quick decisions. We were very impressed and will always recommend Bath Fitter!

We are so happy that we went with Bathfitters when it came to a quick renovation for my mother-in-law after she could no longer safely get into her tub/shower. Everyone we dealt with at Bathfitters was professional and kind. Bathfitter did an awesome job on our bath to shower conversion. Staff was on time, friendly, responsible, professional, committed to doing a great job, and kept the house clean while working. Bathfitter installed vinyl wainscoting over old fashioned ceramic tile and new flooring in a bathroom. They also made some updates to the shower they installed several years ago. The crew, Alex and Frank did. Great job. They arrived on time. They were cordial and efficient. They used mats to avoid soiling the carpet. They completed the job in about 4 hours. The bathroom looks great.

I would definitely recommend Bath Fitters. We had a shower replacement done for my parents. Bath Fitters help to design what we needed and completed the work that was designed. I’m unsure where the price rates to other companies but the lifetime warranty was big deciding factor.
The designer/salesman did a great job showing us how the finished product would look and the technician did an amazing job completing the job in half a day.
If I can make any suggestions to future customers, being a technician in a different field myself, stay out of the way and let them do their job. I think you will be pleased with the quality of work and time of completion.

Chris was our installer. Very polite, professional, clean. Did a GREAT job on the install and cleaned as he went. Did an amazing job on the caulking. Very Pleased so far, but it’s only been a few hours.
I marked as overpriced because you are simply paying for the convenience and the warranty.

Took 5 weeks to get install, and day off install Chris showed up at 7:30 but was originally told 8am. He was polite and professional and did an amazing job by himself. Feels a little cheap for $8500. Other quotes for that price included built in handicap seat and this is free moving shower chair.

I had two walk in showers installed. One upstairs one downstairs. Excellent communication and respectful of property and clean up. These are quality products and I couldn’t ask for anything better.Each bathroom was completed in one day. Jon Shrum was my installer and he was absolutely outstanding. He arrived promptly at 8:00 and finished up around 4:00. The finished product looks amazing as you can well see in the photo. Bath Fitter did a tub/shower conversion for me several years ago so I knew I would use their company again and again. Working with a local company makes all the different in the world.
