We are extremely pleased with our new Bath-fitter walk-in shower. Also we are very impressed with the professionals who contacted us, from the one who explained what was available & made the initial measurement to the one who made the final measurements, to Brian, who expertly installed the shower. It was refreshing to see someone work the entire day, be respectful of us & our home, answer our questions completely, & clean up when finished! All the employees with whom we have had contact, including those we talked with by phone, were friendly & knowledgeable. In addition, they all arrived at the time scheduled.
We commend the company on the lifetime warranty, certainly a rarity today.

Bath Fitters kept in touch right up to the appointment date, Barry was my installer and it was supposed to the a two day install but Barry trucked on through to complete the installation in a day (which he was willing to do), it was a long day for Barry I greatly appreciate his effort in completing the install. His craftsmanship and professionalism are top-notch! Thank you Barry and thank you Bath Fitter!

Excellent experience from sales to installation. Had a bathtub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower. I love the finished product. Jeff, the salesman, did not try to sell me things I said I didn’t want (like another company did), did a great job of explaining everything to me and quickly resolved a concern I had. Installation was scheduled for 4 weeks from contract. Jeremiah, the installer, was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, took great care with my floors and bathroom countertops and put in a beautiful shower. I am very pleased with the entire process and product.

From the top down this company has been great to work with. Understanding and respectful and helped turn our bathroom into something great. We had a beautiful walk in shower installed by Barry and it has taken our home remodel to the next level. Thank you all for your help and kindness.

This company has to be stopped!!
We saw their ads on television with the kids and grandchildren and called to have them come and give us an estimate on our bathroom. We thought if you use your family in commercials, you have to have ethics, right? Once the salesman was here, we told him that we needed a 0 LIP shower as one of us was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and the other has mobility problems. We also wanted to pick out our tile and shower design. Well, the Measurement Man came out 2 months later (the flood took out our utilities) and told us NO ZERO LIP, NO TILE. Only 4" LIPs and an Acrylic Material is used. He said they would not be able to do the job we thought they would be doing when we gave them $5,000.00. We also realized that they priced the job at $16.024.00 for an acrylic shower stall and the removal of a jacuzzi tub. Bath Fitters don't have the subcontractors/carpenters to finish the remodel. They only do the installation of the one-piece units and tubs. We wanted a renovated bathroom that would be safe for us to use as we aged! They wanted to leave our bathroom ruined until we could find a builder who wouldn't do what they did, take the money and run!!! We spoke with the salesman a bout 3 - 4 times through text and phone. We were told that the check would be refunded, the front desk lady actually told us that the check was cut and to call Friday, the day after Thanksgiving if we hadn't received it. We didn't., We can only file a lawsuit at this point because my son came home and phoned them thinking they would at least discuss the whole mess with him. They didn't. We spoke with our attorney and after speaking with Consumers Affairs and filing a complaint with that office will be doing everything in our power to get our hard-earned money back! We feel like they saw us coming and just took from us thinking 2 old people are easy marks. The worst part about this is they took from us knowing we don't have a lot of time left to fight. We could be enjoying what time we do have instead we will be trying to keep them from doing this to anyone else!!!!

The man who came to put in my new shower with a bench was very pleasant and nice to deal with. He did a very good job of installing the new shower after removing the old bathtub. He also cleaned up the area he worked in plus the carpet going from the bathroom to the door.

Very professional from start to finish! Jeremiah did an amazing job! He laid runners down to minimize dirt and dust, cleaned up all debris and vacuumed before he left. Can’t believe it was done in one day! We are very pleased with the end result and would certainly recommend Bath Fitters!

I'm handicap and needed a walk in shower. Our installer Brian was very respectful and knowledgeable. An amazing job on our shower. Our old shower had an 11 inch step to get in it very difficult for a handicap person. Now it's a 4 inch step much easier. They are coming back to do our other bathroom. The same installer. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!

We are pleased with Sonny's job. We was very pleased the way shower looks. Sonny was very polite We will definitely recommend Bath Fitter to our family and friends He explained everything he was doing. Everything is a 5 star

I freaking love it! Old folks do not a tub! And. I think his name was Noel. Very nice. I would recommend to anyone worth every penny.
