All my dealings with Bath Planet were exceptional. From Daniel who came to the house and presented options for my new walk-in shower and told me about the company, to the installation crew who were gracious and easy to have in the house (and are trained and employed by Bath Planet, not someone they contract out to). That bit is very important in my opinion. Clean-up was thorough and they finished in the promised one day. The detail work was impressive. My new shower is absolutely beautiful and I do not hesitate to recommend Bath Planet.

What an amazing transformation! Both bathrooms were built in the 1970’s and desperately needed updates. Bath Planet came with a large crew and did both tub/shower transformations in 1 day! My husband said that he could not have done it on his own! They did a great job, asked for my approvals along the way and even cleaned up after themselves! Bath planet Arkansas, installed Matt & my shower in one day. Started with the sales rep who was very informative and knew his showers . The workers were professional and kind . My new shower install looks great, even though I wasn't home the guys from bath planet stay in constant touch with me, sent me pictures of the install and the final finish work. Our experience with salesman Daniel Standridge was excellent. He clearly and patiently built our quote and answered all of our questions and concerns. Bath Planet of Arkansas’s product appears to be of quality material and the quote was less than anticipated. Daniel is a very good employee and an excellent representative of your company.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I am looking to get an old whirlpool/Jacuzzi bathtub replaced in the house we just bought, and it's turned out to be quite the nightmare. The area it's in was custom built and several contractors told me that I'd have to rip out the entire area and have a whole bathroom remodel for it to look right. I also was never given explanation on why. I walked into bath planet and told them my situation, they immediately set me up with a consult and came out within just a few days. They sent Jake, who showed up with a game plan based on pics they had seen of the area, and who then proceeded to take every measurement and gather any info he may need. Since my area is custom size, Jake explained to me the tub i was wanting wouldn't fit without tearing out the wall and building a new structure based on height difference in the tub. Seeing as I really did not want to tear that area up (it was a selling point of our house when we bought it), he and the owner Nicole spent about an hour helping me search online for a tub that would fit. Nicole even went out of her way to help me pick a specialty faucet to go with it to be the closet thing to what I currently have. I KNOW they cared about my project and helping us out because of all their efforts to make this happen. I am beyond grateful I found their company, I'm saving 10s of thousands of dollars because they had the patience to work with me instead of saying "yep you need to gut it and start over". Nicole, Jake, Cody, and Brandon, thank you all so much.

I love my Bath Planet Family, I have worked here for a little over a year. I work in the call center, I have learned so much in this year. What I love the most is talking to customers after they get to use the new product you can feel the joy threw the phone, makes my heart smile to be apart of it!

I love the management team at Bath Planet of Arkansas. I have been contemplating on doing my bathroom for quite sometime now but after visiting the showroom at Park Plaza mall in Little Rock I’ve made the decision to do something for ME!
