Bath Planet of Chicagoland

I had the pleasure of dealing with salesmen Teague. My wife and I are recent first-time home buyers, and we are in the midst of remodeling a section of our home. We had bath planet come out to give us a rundown of what the details are on an entire main bathroom remodel. Teague was extremely thorough, polite, and knowledgeable about the product and most importantly patient and understanding about our budget. Our plans are to move forward by the end of summer.

Joe is a great salesman, helpful, friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Made us very comfortable having Bath Planet in out home! He came out twice to give us the time to make sure we were comfortable and felt no pressure. Go with Joe!

Boris and Johm came ready to work. They covered the carpet from the front to the bathroom entrance. They assessed tge area to be remodeled and did a great job. They removed tge old tub and installed the new walk-in tub with seating. When they were done, they cleaned everything before they left. I appreciate not having to clean up after they were done. I LOVE my new walk-in!

Michael Reyes was my installer today. I’ve had a lot of different companies at my house this year and I have to say that Michael was the best. I mean he was on time. He was very polite and punctual and and clean and it’s beautiful. I will tell everybody and then I’ll invite everybody to see it, he did a great job thank you and if you need any further referrals, feel free to call me thank you bye

Vince Chen was the sales guy and he did a good job explaining the process and their products and after few back and forth came closer to our desired price and installation will be done in few weeks and I'll write another review after the installation.
Today they did the tub to shower conversion. Reyes is the main guy and Andrew was the assistant and they did the install in less than 6 hours and did a great job and new walk-in bath looks great. Reyes has lot of experience and he gave good tips to maintain the shower too.
I'll write another update after using the shower for few weeks.

From Ivan who I met at the Rockford home show to Chuck who did my inhome sales was awsome. Neither of them were pushy salesmen, which hours very appreciative of. Chuck was a very laid-back kinda person you could relate with, and not feel judged. He showed me opinions in my price range to keep it affordable for me!! I have fallen in and out of my tub, I need a walk in shower now I will be getting one and my payment is affordable for me!! So thank you all for your help. And Ivan it all started with you, after I meet with you I did not talk to anyone else because you were the best!

The installer did a great job replacing my bathtub and the walls around it. Thank you James! Another plus was that when I didn’t like the first tub, Steve and James were very helpful and supportive in finding me the tub that I liked and that fit my space. But the overall price wasn’t that great even though sales representatives kept telling me otherwise. BathPlanet was able to provide financing and lifetime warranty so that helps a little bit how I feel about the price.

Our walk in shower was completed today. Everything went well. We usually get three estimates before we chose a business but, Jesse came to our home and he knocked it out of the park and we scheduled with him that same time. He is very personable. Was on time. Was not rushed and answered my questions even when I asked the same thing twice. The installers are fabulous. Junior, Jesus and Steven worked hard and did a beautiful job. They certainly know their job!!! and they too, are very personable.

We had our bathtub converted to a shower with Bath Planet. The conversion turned out well. We had one installer for the conversion, he did a very good job. He kept the work area covered with drop cloths to protect our floors. We are very satisfied with the way our new shower looks.
