Our walk in shower was completed today. Everything went well. We usually get three estimates before we chose a business but, Jesse came to our home and he knocked it out of the park and we scheduled with him that same time. He is very personable. Was on time. Was not rushed and answered my questions even when I asked the same thing twice. The installers are fabulous. Junior, Jesus and Steven worked hard and did a beautiful job. They certainly know their job!!! and they too, are very personable.

I recently had Bath Planet install a new bathtub in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The transformation of my bathroom is remarkable – it looks completely refreshed and modern.
The installers truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were professional, skilled, and clearly took pride in their work. Even when they encountered unexpected challenges, they persisted until the job was done right.
What really stood out was how seamlessly the customer support team handled the HOA requirements. They made what could have been a frustrating process incredibly easy, taking care of all the necessary documentation and communication. This alone saved me countless hours and headaches.

We had our bathtub converted to a shower with Bath Planet. The conversion turned out well. We had one installer for the conversion, he did a very good job. He kept the work area covered with drop cloths to protect our floors. We are very satisfied with the way our new shower looks.

We recently had our bathroom done by Bath Planet. Our salesman, Shane, was great to work with, and the installers, John and James, were very professional and did a solid job on the installation. Unfortunately, the outcome was not to my satisfaction 100%. Some areas lack caulking and the window framing is not uniform.

I did a lot of research before choosing a business to convert my tub shower to a walk-in shower. I met with Five different companies to get quotes and to see what they offered. I was greatly impressed by what bath planet had to offer in regards to product, warranty, materials, And selection.
I met with Luka, the sales rep, at my home And was very pleased with the package he put together for me. I wasn’t rushed or pressured into signing anything. You could tell he loved his job and Was incredibly informative and could answer any question I had. Two days later, I received a call scheduling my install for today. That’s just five days from the day that the contract was signed.
They arrived at eight in the morning and worked until about 4:30 PM. Very professional very friendly. We did the walk-through and I have to tell you that it did not meet my expectations. It blew them away. I couldn’t be happier with the overall outcome. The shower looks Amazing! Everything they did you can tell they’re proud of their work. When you spend a lot of money To do a major remodel like that You hope and pray everything‘s gonna work out. I can honestly say if you’re thinking of Remodeling your bathroom you should really give them a look. Overall, I give them an A++. I will be enjoying this new shower for a very long time.

These guys are the height of professionalism. Christopher Hamersley and James Donsing were solid consultants. They walked me through my second shower conversion and answered all my questions thoroughly. They're respectful, knowledgable and quick to answer any and all questions you may have regarding the job they have to do. The guys that installed my new shower were really good and did a fantastic job. I'm extremely happy that I found this company and I highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience from start to end. My sales rep Raamiz- was very professional and knowledgeable and helped me design the best layout for our bathroom shower. The people who did the installation were also very good at what they were doing. Highly recommend this company! What a big change! We love our new shower! The guys worked hard all day transforming our 70s tub into a wonderful walk-in shower. We did have a slight issue when we first tried to use our shower. Customer service was amazing and helped us quickly get our shower up and running. Would highly recommend their service.
