I only have great things to say about Bath Planet. From start to finish everything when smooth. Excellent workmanship with quality materials. My installers were great and very professional. My bathroom now looks wonderful. I highly recommend them.

We needed to replace our shower due to age, right before the holidays (no less). Bath Planet was very informative and took the time to fully understand our wants and needs. They had many options for us to choose from and ensured that our new shower was installed prior to having guests in our house for the holidays, which was a quick turnaround. This is even more impressive noting that there was a minor setback with our materials arriving to their warehouse in imperfect condition from the supplier. When the issue was realized, they were communicative, professional, and kind enough to book us a day later with replacement parts at virtually no inconvenience to us. Their installation team was courteous, skilled, and thorough, completing everything for us in 1 day. We are very happy with our new shower and would work with Bath Planet again in the future.

We have upgraded our bathroom this week and the finished bathroom looks great. Tub was replaced with shower and the work was all completed, cleaned up within 5 hours. Corner/sealing/finishing on the edges was great/very professional.
I have given 4 rating because of the price. We took the decision very quick and still have questions on whether we over paid or worth it for hassle free installation.

Very efficient team. Came at the time promised and were finished in only 5 hours. Tub and shower look great. A little clean up was required after completion. Very pleased with result.

Still working on getting the hole in my floor in front of my tub repaired. Please request the floor in front of the tub be completely done. Otherwise they did a good job on the tub.

I recently had two bathrooms done. A tub-to-shower conversion and a shower-to-shower modernization. Bath Planet was quick to respond to my requests and installed both modernations in short order. I am delighted with the quality of the installations and the attention to detail for all the little bits and pieces of each installation. There was even a couple minor mistakes in the order. Bath Planet quickly agreed that it was their error and corrected the order quickly. Every piece of each bath fits perfectly, looks great, and works well. It is everything I was hoping for when I decided to update my baths. I am happy to highly recommend Bath Planet. They kept all their promises. My consultant, Jenny Mansoori, guided me throughout the entire process. She explained everything and made sure all was done according to my wants and expectations. I am delighted about everything.

We are greatly satisfied with our service and product. First of all, working with Jenny M. was an absolute pleasure. We feel that she was so very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable about any and everything we asked about.

Then, the company as a whole kept in touch with us as we awaited our turn for the install. We were able to get two of our bathrooms installed on the same day!

On top of this, our bathrooms look SO amazing! Sexy even! This is a minor issue, as I'm more than capable of swapping them myself. But overall, everything was so amazing that I think this company still rates at 5 stars.

As a military family, we tend to loyaly stick with with companies that we like. As such, we plan on using Bath Planet in the future, as well as recommending them to others!

Bath Planet took out our old cast iron tub and left us with a beautiful shower. We were very pleased with the installation, and the installers. We are still waiting for the shower faucet that we ordered, but are using the one provided.

I rated you a 4 instead of 5 but not because of the finished product but because of the installers poor communication. The finished product is excellent and completed in about 4.5 hours. However I was called at 730 am telling me he would be here at 10am. He arrived at 1045 without letting me know he was going to be very late. Turned off the water and went to work with his partner. After that I didn’t hear from them until he handed me his I pad and said fill out my survey. Expecting me to fill it out without looking at his work. I went upstairs and filled out the survey while I examined his work. He said thanks and was gone. When my wife came home and looked everything over she asked why there was a sticker on the mirror which I hadn’t realized was there. It was how to maintain the shower and floor. He never pointed it out and I wonder what else I don’t know. Otherwise the job was great and done cleanly.
