Kerrie Broadway was on time as scheduled. 👍She is beyond excellent with her presentation & examples of the bathroom products we were looking for. Throughly explained everything in detail with products, price, availability & technicians experience. Kerrie is very knowledgeable with the products she's selling with/for the company. She is one of the BEST sales people I've ever dealt with especially for my home updates. Looking forward to getting this bathroom shower completed.
The 2 installers were Ken (with many years experience w/installs) & Dominic (assistant to Ken).... they were both excellent. Very detailed with removal of old tub/tiles & install of new shower walls, plumbing & fixtures. Carefully covered all flooring from front door to bathroom before & cleaned up everything after job was done. Most polite, mannerly, kind, thorough, careful & detailed workers.

Needed to renovate the tub/shower in a small bath integrating modern materials without disturbing the existing tile. Results are only as good as the worker assigned to your job. Fortunately I was assigned a professional with the extensive skill set (plumbing, carpentry, tile setting, an innate eye for aesthetics and work ethic) who worked tirelessly for a continuous ten hours to produce exactly what I had visualized when I signed the contract. I couldn't have asked for more and am completely satisfied.

I had my father’s shower replaced today by Bath Pros TR. They did a great job…it’s not cheap but high quality and they ripped everything down to studs, Ken and Dom were great, they showed up on time (8am) and were done before 3pm. Clean, neat, and very good guys. I was amazed by how much they got done in such a small time. Thank you…it was worth the price. Before and after pictures below.

Our tub to shower conversion went smoothly. We did a complete tear down, to the bare framing. The team of two workers lead by Christian, were professional, had patience, and very careful in all phases of our project. They were on time and stayed late to get the job done. The scheduling dept. worked with our schedule which took pressure off of us. I recommend Bathroom Pros to everyone I talk to.

My wife and I are very pleased with our new walk in shower. The price was fair and the quality of the work was outstanding. Our installers, Cristian and Aldo, were professional and courteous. The tub to shower replacement took 8.5 hours. They were as pleasant after that long day as when they started. We highly recommend Bathroom Pros And especially all of the folks in the Tom's River office.

Bathroom Pros were pros. They came on time, worked hard the entire time they were here and left with a beautiful finished walk in shower. They protected my rugs as they took out the old and brought in the new. They left my bathroom as clean as they found it. Ken, Tony and Dom were extremely nice and well mannered. I would consider Ken a craftsman in his trade, something we have lostl in America. I would really recommend this company if you need a walk in shower to replace a bathtub. Thank you Guys for a great job. I love my new shower.

The installers, Ken, Dom, and Tony were terrific! They took everything down to the studs. They were very neat, worked hard, kept us informed, made sure things were installed to our requests (shelves, shower head height, etc). Ken is the best of the best!!! A true expert in his field (install, plumbing)! Ken is a real asset to Bathroom Pros. We were lucky to have this install team!

I just had my bathroom done and can't believe what a fantastic job Ken, Tony and Dom did. I was worried that I would have to repair the walls outside the shower, but they cut and trimmed perfectly. I highly recommend Bathroom Pros and please ask for the guys I mentioned. Oh when they were done everything was cleaned.

So far, we are very happy with how our new shower turned out! Dunnier was our installer and he did a fantastic job—professional, kind, and detail-oriented. We would highly recommend him for any service.

The shower doors did take some time to be delivered, but the quality was worth the wait. It also gives us peace of mind knowing that if we ever have an issue, BathPros will be there to support us.
