Bath Pros LLC

They were on time, neat and very well skilled. The installers, Leigh and Chris, were super. Some of the best contractors ever ! My bathroom is beautiful

Absolutely outstanding group of people. From Greg, Dawn, Patrick, Romero and I apologize but I didnt get the name from the 3rd team member that did work. But he was amazing and busted his butt, too. They are very meticulous and care a lot about their work to make sure we're happy with the outcome. They even stayed late to make sure the job was done. I don't have basement pictures of all the pipe work they did but the bathroom before and after is crazy. I had damage on the subfloor and a pipe leak. They absolutely killed it. This is also the 2nd bathroom we had them work on and both emergency work too and they were FAST and fair. Amazing group of people.

Tony and Lee did an absolutely AMAZING job in our bathroom. They removed an existing soffit and gutted our shower. Their work is impeccable and by far the most professional contractors we've ever had in our home. Highly recommend!!

We had cracking tiles in our dated bathroom tub/shower combo so we hired this company to rip it all out and give us a nice, new, leak-free tub and shower. Installation was smooth with the tub and wall pieces, however, the plumber they sent to do the connecting pipe work is absolutely incompetent. He had to come back 3 times to fix leaking at different points in the plumbing. First there was no water pressure whatsoever so he fixed that but then it leaked from the shower head afterwards. Called them back to fix that and then it leaked from the drain pipe into my basement. Supposedly "fixed" that issue and now a couple months later the entire drain pipe popped out and partially flooded my basement. Why am I having to call this company back 4 times after we spent all this money to fix our shower is beyond me. It looks pretty and new but I'm having the same problem I had to begin with which was water leaking into my walls and basement so I basically paid all this money for nothing.

Natalie Burbelo from the home show was very pleasant & not pushy. She offered a free home estimate for the next day. 😀
Kerrie Broadway was on time as scheduled. 👍She is beyond excellent with her presentation & examples of the bathroom products we were looking for. Throughly explained everything in detail with products, price, availability & technicians experience. Kerrie is very knowledgeable with the products she's selling with/for the company. She is one of the BEST sales people I've ever dealt with especially for my home updates. Looking forward to getting this bathroom shower completed.
The 2 installers were Ken (with many years experience w/installs) & Dominic (assistant to Ken).... they were both excellent. Very detailed with removal of old tub/tiles & install of new shower walls, plumbing & fixtures. Carefully covered all flooring from front door to bathroom before & cleaned up everything after job was done. Most polite, mannerly, kind, thorough, careful & detailed workers.

Needed to renovate the tub/shower in a small bath integrating modern materials without disturbing the existing tile. Results are only as good as the worker assigned to your job. Fortunately I was assigned a professional with the extensive skill set (plumbing, carpentry, tile setting, an innate eye for aesthetics and work ethic) who worked tirelessly for a continuous ten hours to produce exactly what I had visualized when I signed the contract. I couldn't have asked for more and am completely satisfied.

I had my father’s shower replaced today by Bath Pros TR. They did a great job…it’s not cheap but high quality and they ripped everything down to studs, Ken and Dom were great, they showed up on time (8am) and were done before 3pm. Clean, neat, and very good guys. I was amazed by how much they got done in such a small time. Thank you…it was worth the price. Before and after pictures below.

Our tub to shower conversion went smoothly. We did a complete tear down, to the bare framing. The team of two workers lead by Christian, were professional, had patience, and very careful in all phases of our project. They were on time and stayed late to get the job done. The scheduling dept. worked with our schedule which took pressure off of us. I recommend Bathroom Pros to everyone I talk to.

My wife and I are very pleased with our new walk in shower. The price was fair and the quality of the work was outstanding. Our installers, Cristian and Aldo, were professional and courteous. The tub to shower replacement took 8.5 hours. They were as pleasant after that long day as when they started. We highly recommend Bathroom Pros And especially all of the folks in the Tom's River office.

Bathroom Pros were pros. They came on time, worked hard the entire time they were here and left with a beautiful finished walk in shower. They protected my rugs as they took out the old and brought in the new. They left my bathroom as clean as they found it. Ken, Tony and Dom were extremely nice and well mannered. I would consider Ken a craftsman in his trade, something we have lostl in America. I would really recommend this company if you need a walk in shower to replace a bathtub. Thank you Guys for a great job. I love my new shower.
