After meeting with your sales rep ; Daniel G. We signed the contract for our new handicapped Shower install. We had several quotes and demonstrations ; however , Daniel was very Thorough, he took a lot of time with me and husband , explained everything and listened to what we needed and wanted. Looking forward to a completed job, trusting we are in good hands with your company and product. Thank you. Donna & Joe.

Why I gave 1 star:
It started out promising. Marcel stopped by to give us a quote—he was fantastic. He walked us through every step, explained everything in detail, and left us feeling confident this project would go smoothly. He said Joe from the office would call to explain the next steps. A couple weeks passed—no call.
Then we got a text saying “everything is on course.” A week later, another text saying the install would be Friday 8/8. Still no phone call—just a couple of short texts. Not professional.
Install Day – 8/8:
Aaron arrived on time and was great. Then Justin arrived—also great. Both young men worked incredibly hard, even rebuilding a wall. But the hours dragged on—noon, 4 p.m., 6 p.m., 8 p.m.—and I knew the job wouldn’t be finished.
That’s when the real problem started. They told me their supervisor said they couldn’t return until Monday because the company “does not allow weekend work.” We have ONE bathroom, which means no shower Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday before going back to work.
Spending $20,000 on a “one-day” job that turns into four day nightmare without something as basic as a shower is unacceptable. A supervisor should have called me Friday night to explain what went wrong and what the plan was. Still—no call from the office.
Aaron, Justin, and Marcel were excellent. This failure is 100% on the company’s leadership and upper management—zero communication, zero concern for our time, zero care for the customer. It’s about the money not the people with this company.

Update 8/11 day 4 of the nightmare!!!
Still no shower. They said they would be back at 8am today. now 10am no one. Try calling the office for over a hour to get update and cannot reach a live person. Two hours in still waiting to hear from Joe. Can not possibly be this difficult to discuss with a person what went wrong on a project.
Update: a week has passed since they posted a reply to my review. I reached out the day of posting and still no word from them. The shower turned out nice. But still inexcusable for zero reach out from the company.

Installers are the best part of this organization. There were several mistakes in the ordering process. Many details were skipped or ignored. Was not shown all the various possibilities for fixtures. Would have preferred different fixtures which I saw on your website. Never received confirmation of my order until after many calls, I noticed that the spelling of my last name was incorrect. Shower door was never included in the original order, therefore I had to order it separately after the bathroom was completed. Finally, I placed the order in January ‘25 and it was finally completed 08/06/25. The total amount I paid was over the original amount quoted by thousands. All was prepaid in January. I understand you are offering no payment required until one year after installation now. No individual from PJ ever contacted me to at least apologize for all the problems. As I said the men who did the actual work of installation were proud, courteous and respectful of my property. They were excellent! Sales and management were awful.

We discovered a leak from our upstairs shower, when it came through the ceiling downstairs. Our contracted plumber opened the ceiling and checked the shower and said the base and drain had been incorrectly installed. So we contacted the bathroom refit company who had done the job and they sent PJ Fitzpatrick to inspect. The plumber from PJ Fitzpatrick did a thorough inspection, verified what the 1st plumber said, and informed the bathroom contractor that the shower needed to be completely redone. Thanks to PJ Fitzpatrick we’re getting a whole new shower! Hope that they are also going to be the new installers.

You have to make sure you add the things you want. I am bad when it comes to things needed. I thought that as part of package I would get sliding shower pole but I didn’t. But the workers were excellent. They did a beautiful job and cleaned everything

We did a bathtub to walk in shower conversion. We interviewed with 5 different companies. That last being Danny Gomez from PJ Fitzpatrick. It was a great experience from start to Finish. The design ideas that Danny provided demonstrated his experience level and he was very professional and captured exactly what we wanted. Joe from the scheduling department kept us apprised of updates and final schedule. Gelson and his partner, the installers did an outstanding job bringing it all together. From set up to clean up and taking time to review and examine and explain everything that he was doing from start to finish. We were able to give 5 stars only because there wasn’t 10. PJ Fitzpatrick exceeded my wife and my expectations. I would have no problem referring PJ Fitzpatrick in the future. C & K Mack

Amazing one day transformation to walk in shower! The company is changing hands, Fitzpatrick's professionals arrived on time, worked efficiently and professionally for an amazing result! Brian explained all paperwork on arrival, Stetson started preparing the materials. They demonstrated a true team effort throughout the day!💥 outstanding duo! My walk in shower was complete in one day. Brian and Stetson left my home neat and clean. I wish I had a second bath that needed remodeling. Thank you Brian & Stetson!

The salesperson said the silicone caulking was mold proof, too. Yet, mold started to form about two weeks after use. The staff at the company said to wash the molded area with bleach. Bleach didn't get rid of the mold, and it certainly didn't prevent more from forming. Also, just as another reviewer has commented, the shelves are coming off the wall. Waste of thousands of dollars. I would not recommend this company.

Your installers were outstanding. They were friendly and courteous. They covered everything and when the job was done made sure everything was clean. The job itself was great.
