-Multiple "maintenance" home visits where the focus is to sell you on the next shill instead of actually preventing AC issues.
Did your A/C shut off multiple times, usually within a month of the next maintenance and then you have to pay extra? Sounds like you had "Best" home services. They should be called salesmen, not technicians.
- High prices, which you will feel stressed to pay unless you wait for another company to come around. You'll be paying for the owner's vacation home!
- Multiple technicians over the years with frequent turn around, don't expect to establish a relationship with your "A/C guy"
But good news! I finally found another company that works for me. Learn my lesson, don't stick around with the same company because "they know your system" (they don't) or because of "parts guarantee" (it transferrable with manufaturer).
I learned the hard way. Don't waste your time with these guys and go find a team that will work with you, not just squeeze you for cash.

Had an amazing experience. First off Ryan was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. Explained everything well and completed the tasks quickly! Cleaned up afterwards to even the door knobs. Extremely happy with this company and Ryan! Highly recommend!

Stu was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing. The quality of his work was top-notch, and you can tell he takes pride in getting the job done right the first time.

Update!! I made this post earlier, and now I have to redact it!
Last night my husband couldn’t turn the water off using the handle and after taking the whole shower knob and plate off the wall, he broke it further and water was shooting out of the wall! He had to go outside and turn the water off for the house. Best home came today to fix it. When my husband came home he checked it all out and noticed that the plate on the shower knob was not where it was before, and now there’s a gap big enough to see through the wall into my son’s room!! So now they have to come back out and correct it!

We had Ryan Lane come to LaBelle and help us with our clogged kitchen sink drain. Very knowledgeable and informative he had all the equipment he needed to solve our problem. He worked very fast and efficiently and was a consumate professional. 90 minutes later the line was clear from the kitchen all the way to the septic. Great work!
