This company is an absolute joke. I had a guy come out and sold us on the maintenance package. They were going to clean the AC system and the coils and the whole shebang. I finally get around to scheduling The maintenance the guy shows up and I was next to him the whole time he take some pictures pretends like he’s doing things. I provide him with a filter to change and when I ask him about changing or the cleaning of The coils he looks at me like he has no idea what I’m talking about. For five weeks now I have spent day and a day out, trying to get a hold of their management in regards to this issue and the fact that I was promised on the maintenance plan I purchased that that was a service provided. however, finally, they call me back and are trying to make me a liar because they state that the guy took pictures at my house which mean nothing because he did not do a single thing in my house which I’ve explained to them now the lady on the phone states that oh you purchased the package that does not include the coil cleaning. It only includes a washdown. It cost more to do the coil cleaning blah blah After I tried to explain to her many times, that’s what I purchased not the cheap end one. These people do not care. These people are not your friend. These people are only there for money they pretend like they’re doing you a favor, which is not because I paid over $500 for this service and I was given nothing do not trust them. Do not purchase anything from these people because they are just there to take your money and the service does not get provided for what You have paid for.

Our tech, Ryan Lane, was on time, very pleasant, very knowledgable and patient with us while he explained how he would analyze and solve our drain problem. He was thorough and respectful - and gave us many options to resolve the issue. We were able to watch while his camera went through our drain and we received pictures taken of before and after his work. We couldn't ask for a nicer guy!!!!

Called for water heater leak around 0830, had new one installed and working by 1030. Very friendly, walked me through some potential home upgrades for water system. Installed water heater quickly and professionally. Two technicians, both great guys! The second tech was Gator. Great service also from him!
Great Experience!

Carlos as an employee of Best Home Services is unusually excellent … and a credit to his company. I have 2 heating systems, 2 air-conditioning systems, plus hot water…. all run by gas and electricity. Interconnected and involved.

My heat did not work in zone 2, first floor.
Carlos worked with me the owner, is excellent with people. And clearly is top notch in his skills. Put on booties, with heavy awkward ladders on the second floor to the attic through the ceiling, was super careful in my home. And diagnosed the issue quickly. Translated: he knows his business. I usually don’t do these appraisals but in my repair case he certainly deserved high recognition. And the company’s awareness of an unusually intelligent, top notch employee.

They fixed our pipes. However, they broke our dry wall throughout our home and refused to fix it without an additional $$$$ for dry wall repair. The only reason we agreed to use their services was because we were told everything would be included. 1 star because they are have fraudulent sales pitches and poor communication and customer service when you’re trying to get your home repaired. Take your money elsewhere, to someone who will actually complete the job. The other reviews about them punching holes in the house is ACCURATE. They don’t care.

I had a great experience with this technician. He was very courteous and of course knows his trade as being a plumber. He discovered something that I did not expect such as my water heater that I brought in 2021 needs to be replaced because of water Leaking in the wrong part of the water heater. He also unclogged a sink that has bothered me for years. We need people that put their compassion and skills and work into a company. Best HOME SERVICES has redeemed themselves with me and I will continue to use them.

Ryan is the BEST! I am so happy with the work he did. The former home owner concreted the outdoor clean out for the plumbing and my entire house had clogged pipes. The only clean out was on the roof so he put a new one at ground level and it looks wonderful. He was meticulous with the concrete work. All my drains are jetted and everything works great. Highly recommend! 🚽

We were extremely pleased with Robert, our technician from Best Home Services. He was prompt, diagnosed the problem quickly and what needed to be done. Our problem was taken care of in approximately one hour. Robert was courteous, personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything in depth as he completed the project. Another Best Home Services electrician came to my home to replace an outlet. He came on time, checked to make sure the replacement outlet without a GFI would not cause a problem and then installed a new outlet quickly and efficiently. Mario was very personable and professional and I would use him again without thinking about it. Thanks again to Best Home Services. 👍👍👍

Leaving this review so far as the job is not yet complete - Sean was a great technician, very knowledgeable and experienced. We had been working with another HVAC company for nearly a decade that the treatment Sean gave us was welcomed and very unexpected. We need the entire over/under unit replaced and not only could they do it, they set it up for the next day! The last place I've been waiting for over a week just to get a quote on a new unit! Best decision I ever made was calling Best Home Services today
