Was pleasantly surprised by the quick response time and professionalism. I have issues with my old unit and of course it acts up on the hottest days in Elk Grove. Upon arrival Kyle the hvac technician immediately identified the problem, his concerns were where to get parts for it in a Sunday, but was able to macGyver it and build his own replacement part literally in 10 minutes. Incredibly impressive!!!! Family owned and legit. So happy and relived to say the least

What an amazing Experience!
True professionalism and customer service! I only wish more companies would treat their customers with the level of excellence I experienced. Kyle was very quick on locating the issue with my A/C unit and he had also had the new parts with him!!! What more can you ask for . We were up and running in less than 20 mins!!!!! If you have an issue, I strongly suggest you look nowhere else !

I had BHES install a new central AC system at my property. I liked that they were understanding of my budget and clearly outlined what the job will consist of. They were polite, on time, and also finished the job faster than I expected. The owner was also very open to all my questions and provided suggestions for my project. I strongly recommend this company for an AC installation.

There are just not enough stars to give to Bright Home Energy Services. Such dynamic organization and professionalism. Kyle and his team provided an amazing experience and service every step of the way. From the initial requested quotes, to scheduling and installing, this company has been very accommodating. The communication is very smooth and you are updated real time. The install was scheduled within a week from decision. Shout out to the install team for being not only highly knowledgeable/experienced but extra courteous and polite while working in my house. I now have a perfectly working AC (and heater for winter) for these crazy heat waves to come. Highly, highly recommend!!!! Thank you so much Bright Home Energy Services!

Kyle was constantly communicating with us and keeping us informed during the entire process. They did a really great job and went above and beyond fixing things around the house while installing the new package unit. The billing process was also quite easy to manage. My unit installed last year had problems blowing cool air out during the beginning of summer. It always happened during the late afternoon when no technician was on call. They said they had to be here when it wasn’t working to figure it out so they never figured out the problem. Finally the system corrected itself and ran great the entire hot season.
This year the first time I went to use it, it blew out warm air. I tried it 3 more times within 2 days. It still blew out warm air. I called Carlos and he said they hired a new technician that could figure out why this happens. Two technicians came out today, (it is 55 degrees out) and again they can’t figure out what the problem is. They told me to schedule a 5 pm appointment May 12 because it would be 88 degrees. They said for me to call for an appointment and they would also tell the office.
I called the office to make the appointments and the system analysis person was rude. He said the techs said the system worked fine. They didn’t tell him about any May 12 appointment. He was unable to listen to the history of my units summer function capabilities nor what transpired with the thermostat. He cut me off saying, “this is how it is going to be”. Then he gave me to the scheduler to finish talking to. He was done trying to figure out why his unit had this problem. The scheduler was apologetic and said he wanted to help me. We decided on a plan that worked for both of us.
It is too bad that upper management doesn’t want to fix their units problem. They got they sale, so they were done.
