So thankful for Bud Andersons quick response in sending our Electrician out same day for an emergency. Grayson Corbin showed up, quickly assessed the situation and gave us transparent and clear pricing. We had an exposed main electrical line and he called out the danger and worked with his team to prioritize getting it fixed within 24 hours of the initial emergency. He was respectful, efficient and transparent in his work. We have now become subscribers of Bud Anderson and have canceled other services because they are a one stop shop.

Jose was amazing! I couldn't believe how quick they got the old system out and the new installed. He explained what he was doing and was so very polite. They cleaned everything up and left us cool after several hot days. Thank you so much!

Curtis was very nice and informative. We ended up going with a new hvac system because our A coil on last system went out and we were told it was outdated, and only a year warranty on the part if we chose that way. It cost a lot, we have 10yr warranty on labor and parts, and the job was done. Have included pictures of finished job inside. Will include outside pictures soon. Installer told husband to frame in furnace so to hide the hole left behind. The black pipe hanging is fresh air intake pipe, final install says it is suppose to sit unconnected like that. Curtis did bring a grill grate on his visit for us to install to cover hole👍🏼

I had to have a kitchen sink repair done last week, and Matthew King was the Service person who came to help me. He was incredibly kind, respectful, helpful, and caring. His work was thorough and careful. He explained everything that needed to be done, and did not recommend anything outside of what was necessary. He also checked the rest of the plumbing in my house had no extra charge just to make sure that there wouldn’t be any additional surprises. I would highly recommend Bud Anderson and specifically Matthew King for your plumbing needs.
Robert was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and was easy to understand. My house was built without entry lights and he installed bright ones. It required new wiring but he did it without having to cut into

This started small and became a larger issue that I was pretty certain that we were a year or two away from anyway. Had a simple Pressure Reducing Valve go bad at my household shutoff valve. It was located in an area that was inaccessible (to a novice like me), and we were concerned with the damage that could potentially occur to other household appliances and fixtures.
Very quick response from the agent on the phone (I want to say that her name was Wendy). She contacted a tech who responded within about 40 minutes!
The tech, Zack Reed, confirmed that the PRV was indeed defective and that he could replace it. He also confirmed my fear that the water heater, which was 20 years old this year, would likely fail soon, and gave me a very complete list of options with prices.
As I’d always wanted to go with a tankless water heater at some point, I just figured that this was the time to do so. Zack had it installed and did a super nice reroute on the supply lines as well. At the end of the day, it was a super expensive job, but I really wanted it done and done right.
Have to compliment Zack on his professionalism, knowledge and character. He explained EVERYTHING clearly and calmly, and in terms that made sense to me, for the most part. We’re thrilled with the tankless, and we were both REALLY pleased with the response time…Zack was in and out same day, having diagnosed and replaced the entire system!

Discovered a small plumbing leak, which was really the tip of the iceberg to my plumbing issues. The scheduler promptly took care of getting someone out to provide an estimate, and kept me in the loop on the timing of all repair work. Richard provided pictures, video, and educated me on the issues with my plumbing. The skill, professionalism, and knowledge of plumber Logan made a very unpleasant situation much better by ensuring I was completely satisfied.

Replacing & Cleaning Dish Washer
Robert Favors was our plumber from Island Airco and he was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough with his work. He made sure everything was done properly. We greatly appreciate his work and would recommend him to anyone else that needs plumbing work.

It was quick, expensive compared to competitors and corners cut. The speed at which they delivered was good. I had initially contacted another company as I had heard good things about them. They forwarded me to Bud Anderson, which I had been warned about. So I let the guy come out and measure everything to give me an estimate. I was sold, because of how quick things were going to move. I needed a new unit. I knew it. So from start to mostly finished it was merely two days. They did it early on a Satruday. For the expense compared to other companies I have since talked to, they should have done a perfect job. They compacted a lot of insulation around the unit in the attic. Which renders it less effective. They did not do a good job taping the unit in the attic. Very rough and likely small air leaks as the seams that are not clean with the foil tape. I uploaded a few pictures of what was done on the return they added. They put a screw in it on the right as they used a broken return, or broke it in the process of installing to hide it. The outside cover they caulked the bottom like crazy. Great for sealing, but it will make potential future repairs a pain to do. The outside where they brazed the line to connect it looks okay. They rushed, which I understand is a convenient thing, but the way it was done could have been better. Especially everything in the ceiling level.

He performed a complete home tune up and I couldn’t be happier with his service. Good service is not easy to come by these days so I can appreciate when it’s good! Appreciate you Will!
