Mar. 3rd. Simon was very thorough and did not give me a quote just to finish up and move on. He called one of his coworkers and they are coming back to do video and find where the problem is. He also recommended I have the city come out and check their side just in case it is something they need to address. I am so grateful for his knowledge and honesty!! Thank you Simon!!

Mar. 4th cont.... Evan an Josh came back today and did a great job explaining what the problem was and taking care of it. Kind and detailed. But... they didn't fill in the hole that was dug to do the job. Could someone come back and take care of that please? Thanks so much!

Logan was very knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. Definitely an asset to your company. Gave plenty of options and did not high pressure sale anything which is very important to me. Allowed me to pick a service within my family’s budget.

I was incredibly happy with the service from Bud Anderson. They were able to see me same day which was helpful since I did not have heat. Owen was pleasant, informative and helpful with the repair and payment. I like they had a monthly payment option for their maintenance program.

2nd Visit - Brandon was friendly, well spoken and knowledgeable. He helped me understand my options for replacing my current heating unit and options for financing.

Logan was very professional & pleasing to work with. He gave us several options on repairs or replacement & talked us through each one. We were 100% satisfied & enjoyed working with Logan to come up with a plan to save us future repair costs. If you have a plumbing issue Logan is your man! 😊

Water heater started leaking. Very blessed that I found it early. On a Sunday. Reece came out & did a A+ job. Great job of explaining our options without the sales pitch. Was very patient with my many questions. In just a few hour we were back up & running with hot water. I couldn’t be happier! Very professional, knowledgeable & efficient.

This was the annual heater check up. Your representative, ERIC was on time. He was very professional and polite. He explained in detail what he had done. My wife was impressed that he put covers on his shoes before he came into the house to check the thermostat. I would recommend Eric and Bud Anderson to everyone.

The water main to my house was leaking and entering the house. Bud Anderson came out quickly and repairs were done same day. Their plumber Reese Taylor was polite, very hard working, and knowledgeable. Great experience.

They communicated well and it was nice to get the full report with their notes. Very polite workman. The office team was great as well. Thank you for fixing our heater so quickly.
