Replacing & Cleaning Dish Washer
Robert Favors was our plumber from Island Airco and he was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough with his work. He made sure everything was done properly. We greatly appreciate his work and would recommend him to anyone else that needs plumbing work.
Price was on the higher end but you definitely get high quality service.

It was quick, expensive compared to competitors and corners cut. The speed at which they delivered was good. I had initially contacted another company as I had heard good things about them. They forwarded me to Bud Anderson, which I had been warned about. So I let the guy come out and measure everything to give me an estimate. I was sold, because of how quick things were going to move. I needed a new unit. I knew it. So from start to mostly finished it was merely two days. They did it early on a Satruday. For the expense compared to other companies I have since talked to, they should have done a perfect job. They compacted a lot of insulation around the unit in the attic. Which renders it less effective. They did not do a good job taping the unit in the attic. Very rough and likely small air leaks as the seams that are not clean with the foil tape. I uploaded a few pictures of what was done on the return they added. They put a screw in it on the right as they used a broken return, or broke it in the process of installing to hide it. The outside cover they caulked the bottom like crazy. Great for sealing, but it will make potential future repairs a pain to do. The outside where they brazed the line to connect it looks okay. They rushed, which I understand is a convenient thing, but the way it was done could have been better. Especially everything in the ceiling level.

Signed up with Bud Anderson’s Home Shield Program and the service was outstanding. The technician, Will Taylor was extremely professional, prompt, knowledgeable. He performed a complete home tune up and I couldn’t be happier with his service. Good service is not easy to come by these days so I can appreciate when it’s good! Appreciate you Will! I will be requesting him again!

Bud Anderson of Fayetteville were spectacular! It was discovered that we had a MAJOR clog in the main plumbing line in our property. Brady, Logan and Riley were an amazing team, consistently keeping us informed of the status of the situation and what needs to happen to solve the problem! Their communication was amazing and it was obvious that they made the customer 1st priority! You’re in good hands with Bud Anderson!

Electrical issues developed and after all was said and done, our electric meter box and main breaker have been updated and are now within spec, including the addition of the Whole House Surge Protector now required by Benton county, as well as the breaker panel and breaker's in the house, all being 200A. The two green lights mean "All Systems Go". Carroll Electric replaced the transformer as well, so we're not sure if one caused the other to fail as well or what exactly happened there. We do know it was almost $12k to update everything, which I feel is a bit much but competitive in this area according to what we've seen. We're fans of the great service and highly recommend Bud Anderson for professional help.

Junior and the team at Bud Anderson were great work with! They were quick to address our concerns over our very old hvac system and offered alternatives for repair and replacement. They made being out of state at the time of the replacement very easy and I appreciate their efforts. Well done and thank you !

$1082 for about a 7 inch piece of pipe which I had all ready removed the sheet rock & I thought he was removing the whole board instead just cutting a piece out. I do not recommend

Brady was extremely professional and took a consultative approach, informing me of all my options and explaining them thoroughly. The technician was courteous and they came to look at it the same day I called but it my AC is leaking and the drain pan they installed is cracked and it is causing damage to the drywall underneath they should be responsible enough to cover the repairs. Now I have a hole in my ceiling and wet insulation all over the floor in my house and they claim I have to pay to have them come fix the problem they caused with faulty workmanship. Also the tech said it should be covered under warranty but then called me back and said it isn’t covered.
Call me back if you’d like to fix this issue I will amend my review.
Update: the next day after leaving a review they came back and fixed the drainage problem, one of the drain pipes was clogged and even though that’s not their fault they cleared the line for me. Now we are just waiting to see if they’ll replace the faulty catch pan they installed with the crack in the bottom so this doesn’t happen again.
Went up from 2-3 stars. If the pan and dry wall damage gets replaced then these guys are just as amazing as all the other reviews say they are. No reason they shouldn’t get a 5⭐️. Let’s see…
More updates: just changed the review from 3-4 stars. they now have replaced the pan and told me they will get a contractor out to repair the drywall. This is about 3-4 weeks later now since the original assessment. They seem to be honoring the warranty I will update after the drywall is repaired. Much better communication from management and attention to my concerns. I did ask for completion photos to share which they didn’t have post install so I just have to hope they did in fact change the pan.
