Short version: The manager canceled our install the day before! After a 2 month wait (which was right on their estimate) there was a concern with the design that he had signed off on. Incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable for a premium price tag! I'd stay away from Caliber and cannot recommend them at all.

Full story: Well, we were sold on the "one stop shopping" aspect of a Kohler shower and bath remodel. Expensive, but not having to deal with multiple contractors, installers, product lines, etc. was appealing and worth the premium cost. Everything went well up until the day before install. I got a call from the person pulling the parts together and he had concerns about the door configuration and that it may not seal properly. We were going to have to get a custom piece of glass anyway for a half wall, so he suggested that we just have the glass company take care of the door also. Fine with me, but he only offered a trivial discount that would in no way cover the cost of the door from the glass company. The manager was not open to any other sort of easy arrangement and just canceled the install without even talking to me. So now we are back to square one. Rather than having a usable bathroom for only 2 months, we are now looking at 4 or more months to find a new contractor and get the job done. Caliber is the regional installer for the Kohler service. The Kohler products may be just fine, but working with Caliber should only be done with caution. My contact at Caliber is pleasant and apologized and says she is expediting our refund, so hopefully that is the case.

We had a walk in shower installed by caliber. They were who jacuzzi bath remodel sent us to. Fairly poor install. Nothing to cover where shower and wall meet. Silicone coming off around shower base. Removed one shelf because we’re always hitting our elbows. Would have liked to have known where everything was being put. Silicone around base by floor has dirt in it. They didn’t clean anything when applying. Gouged our ceiling. Rotary and knife blade cuts in our flooring. Might not be a new home but it’s ours. If could go back would find someone else.

Zero Stars, Zero Recommendation. We have a brand new house, we had Caliber come tear out our brand new shower and put a new install in with glass sliding doors. It looked great, until we showered and water went all over our new floor. We told them of the issue and they went back and forth, finally they came 6 months later and put in new glass doors and said we had the wrong doors installed. We thought we were good to go with the new "shower". We used it a few times and noticed water coming up from under our floor after showering. It happened only when we showered.
Its been a year now fighting with them, telling them we have a $18k shower we cant use. Water damage has ruined our flooring, and our trim. They sent their men over to see where the water was coming from, they seen water coming from under the flooring. They tore the brand new shower out and said since water wasn't under the shower pan that it was our toilet. We called a plumber and he said nothing is leaking in this bathroom. The Plumber said it had to of been the shower pan not being installed right or sealed right. After sending Caliber the invoice from the plumber with their notes they still are telling us to check our toilet. We have had no water leakage since they tore our shower apart and left it like this.
We are left with our shower torn apart down to the studs and our new flooring ruined from the water damage. Its been a nightmare trying to work with these people to even get them to do what's right. I would not recommend this company what so ever. Save yourself the stress and money and find a company who stands behind their work and will come fix their faulty installs!!! Its been over a year since install and this is what we are left with, and $18k wasted!!

We had two bathrooms completely remodeled. We could not be happier or more impressed with the crew, Kody and Eddie; they did outstanding work and are extremely conscientious! Caliber’s focus has been shower and tub replacement, full remodels are somewhat new for them and there are a few things they still need to iron out (like ensuring correct materials and all items are delivered) but overall a great result done in a very timely manner!

Caliber Homes Solutions provided high quality product and service. They have a professional team from the start at sales through completion of installation. But most importantly they have integrity - we experienced an issue during installation that was completely corrected in a manner that made us feel that our satisfaction was their priority. Our installer Mason with Caliber was extraordinarily talented in installing our new shower. He took the time to make sure everything was to our liking and went above and beyond our expectation. We we're so impressed with his creativity and problem solving ability when tasked with a few hurdles during the install. By the time he left, it felt as if we were saying good bye to family. My husband and I met with Jet Dones from Caliber Home Solutions today to discuss updating our shower set-up. Jet was pleasant, informative and we had a nice visit while planning our new shower installation. I would recommend meeting with Jet to anyone wanting to update their bathroom. You will be pleasantly surprised with his presentation and his great sales approach. He takes the time to explain all the options and doesn't try to talk you into anything you don't need.

After extensive research, I chose Bruno stair lifts for the quality and customer service. From Richard’s initial home evaluation to the final installation everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. The installers, Mathew and Colton, were professional, respectful and thorough- they were also very good about tolerating our wild dog, Ranger. They arrived at our very rural Montana location on time and were in and out within four hours. We chose two Elan straight lifts- one to a bonus room above the garage and the other to my wife’s pottery studio in the basement. The guys involved us every step of the way to make sure everything met our needs and they made sure we felt comfortable about operating the system before they left.

Expect to pay a little more for the Bruno stair lifts, but be aware, as I learned from the reviews of the competitors, that Caliber, as an authorized dealer, is part of a nationwide network able to serve very rural areas. In addition, the unique mechanical system seems to be more reliable and less prone to repairs. I couldn’t find a competitor with a better warranty. We have only had the stair lifts for a week, but they have already made life for us seniors better and given us confidence that we can stay in our home as we get older.

Mason showed up at our house yesterday morning and started demoing our gross old shower. He just left today shortly after noon. A totally remodeled beautifully done shower in a little over 24 hours! All Kohler products which are top quality. Mason’s workmanship and attention to detail and work ethic were very impressive, and he was really personable as well. Well worth the investment in our home!

Eddy and Cody did a great job. I’m so pleased with the results and everyone who has seen our remodeled bathtub/shower have all been so impressed!
