We couldn't be more pleased with our Jacuzzi Bath remodel! The process from selection to installation was seamless! The product was ready ahead of schedule. The professional installer removed our existing tub/shower combo and completed the new shower in one day! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with some downs as most building projects come, but overall the experience was still a good one. It started with our salesperson Bruce, who is as authentic as they come. We interviewed 5 other companies and although they weren't the cheapest they were competitive and willing to compromise with some features we needed because of the layout of my parents' bathroom. They were patient in our timeline as we waited for potential VA benefits (that we are still waiting on). Some miscommunications on their end with supplies ended with a few days project turning into a few weeks but in the end my parents are safer and happy and that matters more than anything else. In the end from the phone staff, to sales, to the various installers (shout out to Christian, Alejandro and the floor installer) and management, everyone was kind, helpful and great listeners. If you are thinking about renovating your bath, Carolina Gutter is the way to go.

HutchCo Home and Bath did a Jacuzzi Bath Remodel in our master bath, which was complicated due to the original configuration. They put a new gutter system at my home in Weaverville , NC on June 25th .

After a heavy rain on July 17th I called the company several times to come and inspect the gutter system which did not work properly , it's likely due clogs which led to leak in my garage and one of the room .
Instead of responding quickly to my messages and calls , they sent today ,
Saturday , July 28th two inefficient workers without calling me. The workers refused to introduce their names , did not inspect the gutter system , they were just sitting inside their truck , and one of them was very rude and did not know where are the pipes outlet .
Apparently the company did a bad job at my home , and after they got my money , they do not want to fix their mistakes .

Ryan was great throughout the sales process. He was very patient answering our questions and explaining the products and process. The installer Hunter very respectful of our home and communicated each step with us very clearly. He was very good at keeping the work clean and did an amazing job on our new walk-in shower. Everyone we spoke to at the office were extremely nice and helpful with our questions. We are very happy with our new Carolina Gutter Helmet/Jacuzzi Bath shower.

We used Carolina Gutter Helmet to install a Jacuzzi tub shower conversion for my elderly mother (in her 90s). The company name was a little confusing. But everything else was wonderful. Jeff (?), the sales person talked to us about the best options for keeping Mom safe. He also spent a lot of time standing in the bathtub holding up samples so that we could pick out the best colors to coordinate with the wallpaper. Installation was very smooth. Hunter, the installer, was amazing. Mom was extremely interested in the installation process. He arranged times for her to check out the progress safely and explained every step to her. He also worked with Mom to install grab bars at the perfect height for her. She wanted to see how the panels were attached to the wall. So he set it up so that she could be in the very small bathroom with him as he spread the silicone glue mixture to the wall and put up the back panel. I also want to mention how pleasant it was to work with Hunter. He was genuinely happy and hummed and sang as he worked. He called Mom "feisty" like his grandmother. Mom is so happy with the results that she wants to do this for her other bathrooms.

We ordered a Sunsetter Awning from Carolina Gutter Helmet. The sales person was knowledgeable about the awning and was very pleasant to deal with. The awning was installed 4 weeks later and it only took them 2-3 hours to finish. We received cookies in the mail a few weeks later thanking us for our business. The people at Carolina Gutter Helmet are experts at customer service. We are very pleased with their service and the awning.

We had a full size retractable awning replaced due to tropical storm Helene and another awning installed in its place within a couple of hours. Great job and I would highly recommend Carolina Gutter Helmet for any of your awning needs!

We’ve had the opportunity to work with Carolina Gutter Helmet and Jacuzzi Bath on 3 different jobs now over the past two year. We are extremely pleased with the results of each project, and we would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone.

Our first project was to install an awning over our back patio outside our master bedroom. The awning has worked perfectly to provide the shade we were looking for on this area of our patio. The installation was quick and the crew did a great job, as an electrical plug we had installed to power the motor on the awning had to be relocated and they were able to do this to allow the awning to extend and retract as desired. They were extremely good at making sure they didn’t damage our gutters or any area’s around our patio doors.

Our second project came when we were ready to redo the Master Shower. We met with numerous companies claiming that they can redo your shower, but only if it met their precise specifications for what I refer to as a cookie cutter, one size, one look fits all. Only Carolina Gutter Helmet/Jacuzzi Bath came in and worked with me to design the shower we wanted for our bathroom. The job took two days to complete. The installer (Tim) was incredible to work with, as he made some suggestions and some adjustments during the installation that truly pulled the Master Bath & Shower together. We are absolutely thrilled with the end results in our Master Bathroom.

Our most recent project was to redo the Guest Bath. We wanted to continue with the same look as we had in the Master Bath because the counter tops in both baths closely matched the walls we elected to go with in both showers. We requested Tim for this project after the job he did for us on the Master Shower. Tim came in and completed the project in one day. We now have updated both the Master Bathroom, the Guest Bathroom inside the house, and our outdoor living space on the patio, thanks to Carolina Gutter Helmet and Jacuzzi Bath.
