We’ve had the opportunity to work with Carolina Gutter Helmet and Jacuzzi Bath on 3 different jobs now over the past two year. We are extremely pleased with the results of each project, and we would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone.

Our first project was to install an awning over our back patio outside our master bedroom. The awning has worked perfectly to provide the shade we were looking for on this area of our patio. The installation was quick and the crew did a great job, as an electrical plug we had installed to power the motor on the awning had to be relocated and they were able to do this to allow the awning to extend and retract as desired. They were extremely good at making sure they didn’t damage our gutters or any area’s around our patio doors.

Our second project came when we were ready to redo the Master Shower. We met with numerous companies claiming that they can redo your shower, but only if it met their precise specifications for what I refer to as a cookie cutter, one size, one look fits all. Only Carolina Gutter Helmet/Jacuzzi Bath came in and worked with me to design the shower we wanted for our bathroom. The job took two days to complete. The installer (Tim) was incredible to work with, as he made some suggestions and some adjustments during the installation that truly pulled the Master Bath & Shower together. We are absolutely thrilled with the end results in our Master Bathroom.

Our most recent project was to redo the Guest Bath. We wanted to continue with the same look as we had in the Master Bath because the counter tops in both baths closely matched the walls we elected to go with in both showers. We requested Tim for this project after the job he did for us on the Master Shower. Tim came in and completed the project in one day. We now have updated both the Master Bathroom, the Guest Bathroom inside the house, and our outdoor living space on the patio, thanks to Carolina Gutter Helmet and Jacuzzi Bath.

I highly recommend Carolina Gutter Helmet in Greer S.C. They did an excellent job on my bath tub to shower project. It was 1 and a half day completion. Very professional and courteous staff .The tare out and install was expedient. They cleaned up and took away all that wad needed. Call them for a job that you need well done. I love my new shower.

We just had our master bathroom tub enclosure replaced by Carolina Gutter Helmet. I was able to watch the stages used to replace the tub and I am thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail. When we discovered no insulation in the wall behind the tub, this team used some spare insulation from some previous job and took care of it for me and it did not impact the price for the job. I highly recommend this company and we love the results!!!

Three of your employees, Keith, Hunter and Tim, spent Tuesday, December 10, 2024, installing a Jacuzzi shower, at our home. They were extremely polite, organized and started on time the installation of our handicapped shower.

We were very pleased with their workmanship and impressed with how thoughtful they were to our special needs. They double checked to make sure the handicapped bars, seat, and the hand-held device were installed to meet our specific specifications. The guys treated my handicapped wife with respect and patience. Their input and suggestions were so appreciated as we secured where to place handicapped devices.

It gives us much comfort that we now have a safe and secure shower that is practical but also aesthetically impressive.

We credit Jeff, who is a super representative for Jacuzzi, as to why we went with then. Jeff is truly a great salesman with years of experience. He knew the Jacuzzi products well and patiently answered our questions, After obtaining two other bids, it was the Jacuzzi brand that stood out. Jeff was a big part of our decision.

I’m happy to report that I am revising my review. Originally I gave them two stars, but now we will move it to four. Based on the last communication with them, have they responded that quickly before I would’ve given them five stars from the beginning. I was told that it was a specific employee that was not returning calls leading to obviously a huge amount of frustration on my part. Eventually, I got to a gentleman that answered the phone who connected me with another gentleman, and then the owner of the company got on the phone and assured me the problem will be taken care of. And it was within one week.

I am quickly becoming disillusioned with them. Ordered a Sunsetter awning on 2/29/24. Part of it was installed on 5/3/24. We were told that the hood we paid for was not there but should be in a few days when they would be back to install. Keep in mind the hood is to protect to very expensive motor.
It is now June 3. I have been trying to reach someone that is supposed to know something. I have left numerous messages with zero response. I'm thinking I should have researched the reviews more throughly. It seems communication may be a problem. If someomne would return my call with an update I would be more than happy to give you more stars,
