Centurion Exteriors recently replaced all the windows in our home, including 13 windows and an egress window, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We first met their marketing representative at the Ship Shawana trade show in Jackson County, Michigan. She spoke so passionately about this veteran-owned company, even tearing up as she shared how the owners had positively impacted her life. Her sincerity sold us on scheduling a quote.

While the estimator arrived earlier than the scheduled time, requiring me to adjust my day, the overall experience was still very positive. He spent nearly two hours walking me through the products, explaining the incredible warranty, and comparing their high-quality windows to others on the market. The warranty, which is also transferable to future homeowners, was even praised by another contractor working at our home. It’s easily the best warranty we’ve seen.

Centurion went above and beyond for us, negotiating a $1,000 deposit down on the cost of the windows and even gifting us a free vacation—possibly to Italy! While the trip does require paying some occupancy taxes, it’s still a thoughtful and fun bonus.

The installation process wasn’t without a hiccup. Initially, there was a scheduling issue for our egress window, which left a temporary opening in our basement during sub-zero temperatures. However, Centurion immediately rectified the situation by sending a contractor to install the egress window on the originally scheduled date. The work was excellent and passed inspection with flying colors. To make up for the scheduling mistake, they also treated my wife and me to a steakhouse dinner, which we truly appreciated.

The following week, their team installed the rest of our windows, and the results were fantastic. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations, and the house feels so much more comfortable and energy-efficient.

Despite a couple of minor setbacks, the exceptional customer service, unmatched warranty, and high-quality work make Centurion Exteriors a company we wholeheartedly recommend. Great company to work with. They did the job extremely fast after our windows got made. They also put us on the schedule really to get everything done. The company worked with us on rescheduling as well. It felt like it wasn't an inconvenience, just part of the job. Their work was beautifully done. No complaints! We had Centurion Exteriors do a roofing shingles replacement for us that included a few areas needing repairs. The salesman was very thorough in describing the roofing system to be installed and provided options on the underlayment and shingles. The Owens Corning manufacturer backed warranty for a 50 year product and installed roofing system puts us at ease for a house that will be passed down to future generations. Centurion had a 16 person crew that completed the job in four hours. They left the property clean and the new roofing looks great. My wife is very pleased with the job, though I was a bit hesitant on the cost. It is a job well done that our family won't have to worry about for a long time!

The Mexican crew arrived promptly before 6am and they were finished by 1pm. They worked well together like a well oiled machine. Even the two girls got right in and did their job very well. We are very pleased with the results and proud of our little country home.

I had an excellent experience going over my roof in detail and gained a lot of knowledge from Jake and Mike about roofs and what to look for. Jake was with me throughout the entire process and made sure that all my needs were met prior, during and after my house got the new roof. If you ever need a new roof hit up Centurion Exteriors.
