This company has several communication issues. First I had an appt for my door to be measured at 10 am. On the day of the appointment, I received a text at 930 and an email that my appt was now between Noon and 4pm. I decided I would run some errands and when went to leave the contractor was here at 10:00 to measure the door as originally scheduled. I told him that they had notified me of the change but they Never told him. He didn't remove the trim from around the door to measure properly because when the installer showed up months later with the new door and after removing the trim around the door and rechecking, he told me that the door he brought was too short. I had told and showed the salesman that the door I was replacing had extra trim inside the opening and the salesman assurred me that the new door would eliminate this, but the door that was incorrectly measured would still require this extra trim because the saleman Never mentioned this to the representative who took the measurements. The installer apologized and remeasured the door correctly and I had to wait sever weeks for Champion to remake my door and take another day off from work and of course they don't offer any form of compensation to their customers for their own mistakes, just Sorry for the inconvenience. The door was Finally installed yesterday and thankfully I had the same installer who had remeasured the door correctly and he did a Great job. Today I received both a text and an email informing me that my door had been received by my local office and I would soon be contacted to schedule an installation appointment, remember this is After my door had already been installed. I called four different phone numbers to speak to someone and after holding for almost 30 min, I left my call back number. Then coincidently I received an email asking me how I liked my experience with Champion, and that I should leave a review. These doors are not cheap, mine was $15,000, but with the measuring mistakes and the costs of sending the installer here twice with his truck (85 miles away) I can now see why their prices are much higher than local home improvement stores including the cost of installation. My neighbors really like my new front door but agreed that a company this big should have better communication with their customers and their reps should know how to measure correctly the first time.

I had all of my windows replaced by Champion. I ordered them in August 2024. The initial install was in November 2024 but some windows arrived broken or the wrong size and the the instal of those took place early this year. Two of the large windows, one in the bedroom and one in the dining room, have been tweaked, had balancers replaced and frames replaced and they still do not operate meaning those two rooms are still in limbo with the furnishings moved away and sheets hanging over them. They are double hung and they can only be partially opened or closed and only with EXTREME effort. I have contacted the local office, the regional manager and the main office trying to get someone out here to discuss options but I can't get anyone from the company to respond. This was a very expensive project and lack of communication and failure of the company to follow-up and make good on their product has spurred me to warn others of the company. The windows that work are great but having two major windows that don't operate is unacceptable. Proceed with caution if you are considering windows from Champion.

Todd Yates showed up for our appointment very punctually, five minutes early actually. He was very thorough with every aspect of the project from products available with their warranties, demonstrations of their products compared to competitors and even step by step of how the project would take place. Our project is very sizable and took over two hours to discuss but no complaints from us. He was very easy to get along with and hid nothing from us. All around a great guy and a great consultation.

Update 4/8/2025
I received this picture from my neighbor that more of the siding has fallen off. See last picture taken April 2025
Update 6/19/2024
They came out to fix the hanging soffit but did not address the trim that blew off or was not finished. No one was answering my requests for months. We have hired another company to have it done correct. Attached pictures.
Update 5/16/24
It's been 11 months since I signed the contract and they finally finished the windows. Siding is still falling off the third time and they said they cannot be out to fix it for 6 weeks. Beware....most of the reviews are on the salesperson and not the job.
Based on my experience.
The salesperson “Rob” will tell you they are quality and that he will be there at installation to make sure everything goes ok but he never shows up and will not call back.
There is a pile of paperwork aft 3-hour sales call and you will not read all of it unless you take 4 hours.
“Rob” will explain the warranty and have you sign it. He will not leave it and they will not sign it.
“Rob” will make like they are rated the best but take a look at the BBB. They are rated F.
You will not be told when the installation is and they will not call you when you ask.
The contract you sign has you making payments of 60% of the total and you will still not be told when the installation is.
They will call you to make these payments and they will hound you like a collection agency.
When you do make payments on their portal, they will call like they never received them and ask you to prove it by giving them a confirmation number.
When you call no one will call you back.
They always point to the contract you signed and hold you to it. It’s all about them, not you. Customer service is not in their manual.
When they do show up the crew sill have no supervision. They will leave oil from their truck in your driveway, drop trash all over your yard and leave it and the siding will come off twice within a week.
Their “premium quality vinyl siding” comes from Carter Lumber.
I had to get on the roof and clean the debris out of the gutters and pick it up off the ground.
When they do fix it, they will ask for you to sign a statement that the job is complete.
Make sure you get the warranty they never gave back after you signed it. They will not sign it.
Don’t expect them to do anything custom, different, or special when they install windows or siding. The salesperson “Rob” will promise you anything, but the crew does not speak English very well and is a third party installer.
No one has ever apologized for their calls not returned, constant calls for more money or incompetent non supervised job. They will only call you when they need money or signatures for completion.
They just installed the windows and one of them in the front of the house came broken with a sticker on it. They never called me after the installer left. This picture says it all.

I have reached out to Champion for windows as a homeowner since 2020. Ive had more than 20 windows ordered and installed. In late 2024 I moved into a new home and decided to go with the brand I knew and trusted. I scheduled Champion to replace 10 windows and the experience has been amazing. The order was confirmed by Quality Control team and the customer service team has been fantastic with communicating order status. I was notified on Wednesday the windows arrived. I scheduled the installation and met the lead Mr Johnston who reviewed the order and confirmed the location of each window. Remeasurements were done and I blinked and all my windows were installed. The efficiency and quality and attention to detail and clean up was outstanding!!! Thank you Champion for another amazing home upgrade Ill cherish for a lifetime!!

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks a go and the rep. never called or showed up. They had the nerve to send a survey on how the rep. performed. He performed terribly because he did not call or show up for the appointment after me and my wife set aside time in our day to meet. Our time is valuable too.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a home service company. My window replacement was covered under my home warranty due to a simple crack, yet it took over two years and at least five failed attempts—and they still never fixed it.
Some of their many mistakes:
• Ordered the wrong size glass twice.
• Provided sashes in the wrong color.
• Showed up with just the glass (after all that).
• Never called back or kept me updated, sometimes going months with no communication.
• Even closed my ticket without telling me, twice!
After wasting dozens of hours of my personal time, they finally admitted the whole window needed to be replaced—but suddenly, that wasn’t covered under the warranty. Two years of frustration for nothing.
This company is incompetent, unorganized, and has terrible customer service. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away.

14 months with huge gaps and holes in our home and excuses lies no show appointments. Bbb complaints and now the ROC is telling them to fix it do their again lying saying things are in the contract that aren’t and that they can’t get ahold of us! Lies. It’s the worst company in the universe run!

After making sure that both my husband and I would be home, sending two email reminders, and sending 2 reminder texts, champion didn’t show up for their appointment. There is no way to talk to the actual office that is supposed to do the work. All you can talk to is a central phone number. Very unimpressive. If they are this difficult to get a hold of before they have my money, I can only think how difficult they would be to get a hold of after I have paid.

I had 4 windows installed with the wrong screens. They took my money, cannot get a person on the phone and their website said it would take 6 months to respond. I have been ripped off this is a horrible company. Do not use them! I did my home windows replaced with renewal by Anderson. This company has customer service. Champion is a slim ball outfit.
