If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m writing this review after months of dealing with complete incompetence and unacceptable customer service from this company.
My dishwasher was leaking, so I filed a claim. They sent a technician who made six visits over two months—without ever fixing the issue. I later found out that this technician wasn’t even licensed or registered to do business in Wisconsin. Despite clear video evidence I submitted showing water spraying from the corner of the dishwasher, the technician falsely reported there was no leak. The delay and negligence led to further damage, including water seeping into our newly installed floors.
Eventually, the company told me to open a new claim, even though the delay was entirely their fault. I hired my own technician, and the company approved a $380 repair, which I paid out of pocket. After initially agreeing to reimburse me (minus a second $100 deductible, which I shouldn’t have had to pay), they then completely revoked the reimbursement after the repair failed—despite the fact that they authorized it.
Their replacement offer for the dishwasher is also completely unreasonable. A $350 payout won’t even begin to cover the cost of replacing it with a unit that matches the existing kitchen appliances. Between the failed repair and the replacement cost, we’re now out almost $600—and I still don’t have a working dishwasher.
This entire situation was made worse by:
• Their decision to assign an unlicensed technician
• The mishandling and delays in the claim process
• A complete refusal to take accountability, even when provided with video evidence
• Revoking reimbursement for a repair they previously authorized
• Offering a lowball payout for replacement that doesn’t reflect actual costs
To make matters worse, they’ve ignored the fact that their mishandling led to damage in our home. I haven’t even pursued a claim for the flooring yet, but I may.
I’ve demanded a full reimbursement of the $380 and a fair payout to replace the dishwasher. If this isn’t resolved within 7 business days, I’ll be filing formal complaints with multiple consumer protection agencies and considering legal action.
My advice to others: Avoid this company at all costs. The hassle, the runaround, and the out-of-pocket losses simply aren’t worth it. They don’t honor their commitments, and they don’t stand behind the technicians they send into your home.
