On March 20th I had the opportunity to work on replacing my roof with Classic Roofing & Construction, I only can have my best words for the crew that work (they had to deal with all my questions while they were working and they did successfully), with Andrew the supervisor that came during the work and afterwards; with Shyann to keep me posted on all of the details but the biggest of all recognition goes to Dylon Faragure, he endured as only the best Sales Representative can do with all my concerns and questions (and they weren’t few) and still today (after the job is done) he is there concerned about my satisfaction with the Job…..so again, from him to the crew I only can said the best and hopefully this review helps others make their mind on choosing this company for theirs projects. I am leaving some pictures of my new roof which I am proud of showing.

We had our tile roof replaced by Classic Roofing last week due to Hurricane Milton's damages, and they did an amazing job on our new roof! This company really goes above and beyond for their customers. They are a great company to work with, all-around excellent customer service, communication, professionalism, competitive pricing, and quality work.

From the start, Mike Manieri (our sales rep) was very honest and thorough about the damages and costs, which won us over to choose Classic Roofing. Previously, we had other roofing companies come out for a quote that tried to price gouge us. I knew something wasn't right, and decided to get more quotes. I am so glad we found Classic Roofing! It's really hard to find good companies that don't take advantage of people, have good work ethics, and care about their customers.

Throughout the process, Mike was very responsive, answered all our questions, and ensured a smooth process for our roofing job. In addition, their admin staff always kept in communication with each step of the process, from scheduling to billing.

Lastly, the crew that performed the demo and the crew that installed the roof, were both awesome! The clean-up from both crews was immaculate, no screws or debris anywhere. They are a very hardworking, efficient, and detailed team. Thank you to the Classic Roofing Team for our beautiful new roof! Highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

On March 5th I had my roof replaced. My roof had shingles missing from Milton. I contacted Classic Roofing for a quote. Dan came out, went all over my roof took pictures and explained everything to me. We scheduled to have my roof replaced due to age and damage. He kept in contact with me and when I had a question he responded right away. They came the day before and delivered all the supplies and put them on the roof and started bright and early the next day. There was an issue with the pitch on the flat roof and Dan contacted me right away and explained the issue and how it needed to be resolved. They did an amazing job. I have attached before and after pictures. Give them a call and ask for Dan.

I waited almost a year before writing this review because I wanted to make sure my new roof would hold up under real-world conditions. And after going through two major hurricanes in 2024; Hurricane Helene in September and Hurricane Milton in October, I can confidently say that my roof is fantastic. While I had trees down, my gate collapsed, and we lost power for nearly a week, my roof stayed completely intact. Not a single tile moved.

Why I Chose This Company:
I had a strict deadline to replace my roof for insurance purposes, so I needed a company that could get the job done on time without sacrificing quality. I also pay close attention to details, and I needed a company that could handle documentation and project execution properly. This company had great reviews and was able to commit to my timeline, so I decided to go with them.

Project Timeline & Experience:
★ March 13, 2024 – Quote Completed
The team was responsive and addressed all my questions quickly.
★ March 26, 2024 – Roof Installation Completed
The roof looked great, and the crew did a solid job. However, the drip line was the wrong color.
★ April 2, 2024 – Holding Final Payment
I held the remaining balance until the drip line issue was resolved.
★ May 3, 2024 – Drip Line Fixed & Final Payment Made
A subcontractor was sent out to paint the drip line, and they did an excellent job. This took some time because the subcontractor had a waiting list. I completed the final payment after confirming the work was done properly.

Engagement & Customer Experience:
• Sales Consultant – Excellent. Very professional and helpful.
• Installation Crew – Respectful of my property and cleaned up well after the job.
⚠️ Drinking on the Job – I noticed beer cans on-site during lunch. Absolutely unacceptable on a roofing job. Make sure to discuss this with your salesperson beforehand.
⚠️ Billing Department and Operations Manager – Initially defensive and not very accommodating when I questioned discrepancies. I don’t back down, so I made sure everything was 100% correct before paying. They eventually came around, but the initial interaction was strained.

Key Advice for Future Customers:
✔ Check materials upon delivery to ensure they are the correct color.
✔ Ensure plywood sheets are numbered and accounted for properly.
✔ Request that large leftover plywood pieces/sheets be left behind for your use.
✔ Have a fluent English speaker available for the final walkthrough.

Would I Use This Company Again?
Yes. No company is perfect. I am an extremely picky customer who likes to have everything orderly. They had all of the paperwork ready and I really appreciated that.

Despite a few hiccups with billing and follow-ups, the actual roofing work was solid. My roof withstood two major hurricanes without a single issue, and that’s the most important part.

Also, they took my feedback like a champ!

Classic Roofing walks the talk doing a good job for their customers. They produce beautiful results that matter with speed and agility. Once they are finished with your roof, the clean up is so good you will not know their roofers were on your property. We have a small dip over the garage. They are already scheduled to return in 30 days allowing the shingles to settle. We are pleased! Ask for Mike as he is honest, very capable, and treats you right!

We reached out to Classic Roofing after Hurricane Milton caused damage to our roof. They responded to my call promptly and were able to provide a quote within a couple of days. We worked with Nic and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the company, roofing materials, and the whole process in general. He was so easy to contact for questions and walked us through the whole process of replacing our roof. During install, the roofers worked efficiently and were very professional, friendly and courteous. We are very happy with our new roof and the great customer service we received working with Classic Roofing.

Classic roofing has been easy to work with and very responsive. They were able to give my clients a same day quote and were flexible on scheduling. I am very happy to post this review about my experience so far with Classic Roofing. Although my installation is scheduled for January, my experience with the salesperson, Simon has been great. He was very professional at every level and very informative on the on the various options that were available to me. I am looking forward my install date and very confident that I will be satisfied with the service that I will be receiving.

I was really surprised by Simon Lawrence's professionalism. He did a complete inspection of my roof after Hurricane Milton and, being very honest, he explained to me that it was minor damage and that my insurance would probably charge me a deductible that was much higher than what the minor repair would have really cost. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the company, but I especially thank Simon Lawrence. People like him are the ones you should find when hiring a service. Highly recommended.
