I’ve been working with Clout for the last year and can’t say enough how great the entire team is. They are very responsive and professional. Delroy is a fantastic technician and I really appreciate how he takes time to explain the issue, the cause of the issue and what the solutions and options are. He never rushes through anything and takes time to make sure the job is done right and that we are fully satisfied with the work. However, I just had some work completed this afternoon and was charged 2,300.00 in labor for 2 hours of work for two technicians. I will be sharing my invoice and experience with with friends, family, and neighbors.

I have been dealing with HVAC Issues for the last 5 years at my business and had many companies come out and check with no one figuring out what the main cause of clogs, Ac shut and the list goes on. Delroy & Chris were very professional but also kept me informed of everything they found (and even dummied it down for me to understand) Great service and also great communication!

Unfortunately I’m having to update and change my initial review from 4 to 2 stars… we thought our issue was resolved but it came back the same day. I have tried contacting for the last 2.5 days to get someone out again but continue to receive the same message of the “dispatcher will contact you to schedule”. This is incredibly frustrating since one of our floors is without any AC in this summer heat and I would’ve hoped since the original issue wasn’t fixed they would be quick to come back to resolve. It’s also frustrating that I talk to someone on the phone about the issue but can’t make an appointment immediately and am left at the mercy of whenever the dispatcher decides to call. Communication is not their strength sadly.

The only small negative was that I didn’t receive a call until the next day to schedule when I was told it would happen within same day of my inquiry call but they were at least able to come out quickly that day when I did receive their scheduling call.

Clout came to diagnose my HVAC and determined that the compressor needed to be replaced. The tech said the office would send me a quote the next day. However, after a week I finally gave up and had another company do the repair. I called daily and was told each time that my quote was being escalated to the manager but never received a call or email. As other reviews have mentioned, responsiveness and follow up are a big concern.

Great company. I really like all the technicians I have encountered. Very professional. They did a complete install for me and I’m very pleased with that decision.
And, there are also some scheduling issues and the filters for my particular unit never seem to be in stock. It takes a while to get proper filter.

I recently noticed a mold/mildew smell coming from one of our floor vents and my wife and daughter were having allergic symptoms and so I called Clout to setup an initial appointment. They gave me a window between 12-5 for someone to come 2.5 days later for an air quality assessment. On the day they were supposed to come, it got to be 3:30 so I called to check on the status and see if the tech was still coming or if we needed to reschedule. I was told that the tech would reach out to me with an ETA. This did not happen. At around 5:10pm I called again and Clout told me "sorry, we think we will have to reschedule". I said okay, can we reschedule for the next day? I was again told that the scheduler would call me to setup an appointment and again I heard nothing. Here we are 4 days later and still no communication on if/when they will be able to come. I understand if you're busy or if you're having staffing issues, but the communication was about as poor as it could possibly be. Luckily another local HVAC company was able to come out the same day, diagnose the issue, provide a proposal, and perform the work, all before Clout even found the time to call me back to setup an initial appointment. I'm still waiting on the call back. Would stay away from these folks as there are other local companies that are more prompt and provide much better communication.
