Culligan Water

Unfair treatment of staff, do not work here. They will be praising you one day for reaching sales, joke with you all day and act friendly and then turn on you the next. Fly-by training but they promise you Culligan University training…after 3 weeks it never happened so I had to learn everything scattered and by ear which is not how I learn best. Don’t assume they like you even if they hug you, bring fudge, invite you to parties and tell you way to go. It is not sincere.

For 4 months I purchased water with this company and paid every month for the water that I received on the 5th month I go in there to pay and the lady in the office tells me that I owe them for the past 4 months I said I've been in here every month paying you what are you talking about she said well I'll record show you didn't pay us anything I said what just a second so I walk outside go to my truck get all the receipts and then she tells me will those could have been printed on a home printer so you'll need to pay us the $400 or something dollars you owe us for the past 4 months I said no you're crazy that's Texas can't be right there's got to be something wrong so I called the corporate office they told me the exact same thing that I have not paid in the past 4 months and they want their money and that I would be arrested if I didn't return the bottles I was like I cannot believe this I had a lot of problems with them with the first two months I would pay the water wouldn't show up till 3 or 4 weeks later I go the next month and get the water and then it wouldn't show up for 4 or 5 weeks later I was still going in every month and paying but sometimes I didn't get water for a couple months for the water I had already paid for so I don't know if they just had an account glitch in their system or what but something is weird and when they're threatening to arrest me for water bottles it just didn't make any sense all I know is my bank told me that they have a really horrible track record especially with the elderly like me and not to even put them on your bank card subscriptions stay away from this company

Andrew was so helpful in explaining everything about our water softener system. He was patient and answered all our questions. He took the time show us how to download the app and went the extra mile. We would highly recommend Culligan for all you water softner system needs.

Brian was very professional and efficient along with good communication skills. He explained the various innerworkings of our water system and replaced the worn parts which rejuvenated our much-needed system. We are completely satisfied with Culligan service from customer service to the Service Technician. They gave us an accurate eta AND WHAT TO EXPECT IN PRICE, and unlike some other companies, Culligan people were spot on! Can't ask for better service, highly recommend.

I had zero water treatment at my house and wanted to know some options after seeing some residue and other minor issues. I had estimates from a couple companies on price and what they intended to do. The Culligan representative was honest and for my situation let me know that I didn't need anything extravagant. They installed a water softener quickly and affordable, I haven't had any issues since.

We live in Dallas, Texas, and the water is pretty bad, especially during the summer. I moved here in April 2000, and I remember thinking my toothbrush was moldy, until I realized it was the water! Anyway… my husband recently undertook a thorough evaluation of different water filtration systems (we already have a small reverse osmosis and DI water system, but the filtered water doesn’t taste very good). He thought Culligan appeared to be the top quality. Dalton E. came to our house for water analysis and demonstration, and answered all our questions. We decided to go for it, and we are so glad we did! It has been over a month, and so far everything is going well. The water taste wonderful (several guests commented on how good the flavor is), clothes are so soft now, I can feel the difference in the fabric, the skin and hair is soft. We really noticed the difference! Installation went smoothly, and the technicians were flexible and worked with us to find the perfect spot. We had a problem with the reverse osmosis (not enough pressure), contacted customer service and the technician came out immediately, twice, until the system was working to our satisfaction. So far we have received 1 water bill, and didn’t notice any difference compared to the previous months. Highly recommended!

Culligan installed our unit nearly 15 years ago and, with annual service, has worked efficiently. The office staff is very efficient and schedules service expeditiously. The service tech, in our case Brian, is courteous and professional. When there is anything we need to know, he takes the time to explain and thanks us for using Culligan.

I have been using CULLIGAN for at least 10 years.
I asked to have someone come out to my home to compare the Cost of Renting vs Owning… CULLIGAN sent Matt J out.
What a refreshing young man. He spent approximately 2 hours walking me through the process!!! Matt was very professional and knowledgeable.

I ended up with a decision to rent for 9 more months and then to buy.
They have a program that at this time, it was advantageous to do this.

We set up an appointment for the techs to come out an replace the “Antique Water Softener”that I had and to add the Osmosis
Water System to my home.
The Techs, Dillon and Ken , were also very professional and knowledgeable…
They walked me through all that I would need to do!!! I only needed to do something with the Osmosis System 1 time- to get the air or of the lines…

The 2 techs, Dillon and Ken were here about a little over an hour.

I installed a Culligan water softener in my new apartment 6 years ago the installation process was very smooth I am super pleased with it. Culligan has made a big difference for me from hard water
