The windows have made a tremendous difference with the temperature inside our home. The installer was friendly as well and cleaned everything when he was done. Now we are getting our sliding glass door replaced. Can't wait!

Great experience with Direct Remodels getting my new windows and doors. There was no high pressure sales pitches when I got my quote. Everything was on time and installers were polite and respectful of the property. I had a minor issue after the installation and they came out right away to take care of it.

Let me start by saying I hate in home sales presentations but George was very informative, straightforward and easy to talk to and ask questions of. We did some wheeling and dealing on the product I was most interested in to get the price down into a range I was comfortable with. I figured it was standard practice to act like I was being offered the best deal around, get the closer on the phone to agree to the price and make me feel great. But I did my due diligence and had another company come out the following day for an estimate. I told him I don’t need a presentation, here is what you’re walking into and handed him info and the quote from Direct Remodels. The guy picked a comparable product, took measurements, ran some numbers, packed up his stuff, shook my hand and said he couldn’t even come close.

On the day of installation, the crew were very nice and professional and thorough. They also took care of repairing some cracked and broken off window sills as part of the deal. They completed a whole house replacement (12 impact windows and a side garage door) in just 1 day. And everything looks and works perfect.

The process of working with Direct Remodels was smooth and painless from the beginning. George came in and explained everything so well, they beat all other prices we’d gotten, the work crew was great and we are delighted with the end results. Highly recommend!
