My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Elizabeth Shutters. The salesperson, Phillip, was very helpful in walking us through our options for outfitting two troublesome openings in our ADU. A few weeks later- they were installed (quickly!), fit like a charm, and looked great. And so much better than the builder-grade items we had planned for the openings.

Pleased with the entire experience with Elizabeth Shutters. We wanted custom triple bypass doors for a spare bedroom closet. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helped us quickly decide on color and style. The technician who arrived to take detailed measurements was on time and thorough. And the installer did a beautiful job. Worth the price and worth the wait.

We worked with Deb, who covers a good portion of California. She knows her products. She knows how to take precise measurements and has an eye for surfaces that are out of plumb or not level. She has an up front and matter of fact style about her that I appreciate. We took her recommendation on the 3” moveable louvres for our closet doors and chose the “Z mount” frame. The lacquer paint finish is highest quality.

Gabino arrived on time, completed our installations quickly, and did excellent work! He went over the operation and options for adding door knobs. He is friendly, patient, and a pleasure to deal with.

We had a great experience with this company from the first visit to the installation. We had some shutters and some closet doors. They all work great and look amazing. Bought 13 shutters. Every step was very courteous and professional. From sales, to final measurement, to install. The installer was particularly outstanding. Did the entire installation by himself. Everything was on time and installed perfectly. He even explained how to tighten up the shutters if they loosen up over the years. Thank you!

I chose Elizabeth Shutters for hallway closet doors because of the many positive reviews. Unfortunately my overall experience wasn’t so positive. Philip was my salesperson and when I told him about the hardware needed for the top of the doors to close properly, he told me to talk to the person who was coming to measure. That person told me it should have been handled by Philip so that required many additional phone calls. Philip verbally told me 4 to 6 weeks for the doors to arrive but then wrote 6 to 8 weeks on the contract. By the time they were installed, it was 11.5 weeks from when I ordered which is just too long and unfortunately the office staff wasn’t communicative or helpful. The best part of the whole experience was Jose the installer who was very knowledgeable and professional although the end product wasn’t as high quality as expected.
