The experience from my first sales meeting up until today with setting up my account and the solar panels working has been friendly and professional. I look forward to a continuing a great relationship. All staff were knowledgeable and responded to my questions. Will really sold me on my purchase with his knowledge and pleasant manner.

Our solar consultant Will Wemmer did a awesome job from beginning to end. Staffs at Empire Solar kept us informed each steps of the project. They even cut the trees which were obstructing the sunlight to the roof free of charge.

Empire made installing a new roof and going solar a breeze! From our first phone call, Nore came by the next day to explain the process and give us a quote. We hadn't planned to jump the gun, but right then and there my husband and I locked eyes and said "Lets do this now!" Nore made the paperwork and financing so crystal clear and understandable- before he left that night, we toasted celebration sangria and started the Empire Journey!! Paul, our project manager had us scheduled for a new roof and solar in under a month! The roofers were kind, courteous, and cleaned up beautifully. The worked so ridiculously hard those two days that we were bringing them popsicles and gaterade to keep the heat at bay! Even the front garden, which had gotten a bit squashed with the ladder, was kindly remulched and fixed up for us after thanks to the lovely service rep, Shannon who was adament we should be thrilled with every step of the process. Less than a week after the new roof was finished, the solar guys came and finished our install before noon! I cannot believe that alll this labor and product is SAVING us money!!!! I wish I could say we started this to help Mother Earth out, but truth be told, it has benefitted us financially in the long and short term. The government rebates and incentives covered nearly 50% of the costs and the rest we have in a loan monthly payment of 170$ which replaces our electric bill! I'm feeling evangelical about this- neighbors, friends, go for it!----> AND say Renee & Justin Kegley said so, because they have an awesome refferral program that writes checks to happy customers who recommend, hit us up on FB to talk more with a W. With rising energy costs my husband and I knew solar was our only option. From my initial call with Empire Solar all the way through installation of my panels, everything was pretty seamless. The process was explained in detail and all went according to plan. The design team listened to my concerns and positioned the panels where we would get optimal production but still aesthetically pleasing. They really did it all, including applying for the permits with the town. Material was delivered and the install guys were friendly and knowledgeable. If you’re questioning yourself on whether you should go solar, I say do it and go with Empire Solar ☀️

Empire Solar Solutions has been great. Every time they said they were gonna do something they did it, from providing me information that I needed to answering all my questions and keeping me updated with all the significant events. They're rep Micheal was very attentive to our needs. Shannon was very helpful. She returned my calls and replied my emails immediately. The turn around time was quicker than expected. Thank you Michael, Shannon, and Paul the project manager. The installers were great very efficient, clean,and neat. Once they were completed they cleaned up so fast.

Great experience with Empire! From the initial chat and learning about the panels to the guys who came here and installed them quickly and neatly, no damage to house. After that always in contact, letting you know the next steps to get them turned on. Highly recommend Empire for your solar needs! Even flew the drone up to check em out!

Our experience with Empire Solar Solutions was amazing from beginning to end. Aaron met with us to discuss every detail about the system and every step of the process. He answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable about the whole project. The installation was seamless. The crew worked quickly and cleaned up everything before they left. We have been saving so much this summer even though we’ve been running the pool heater more than ever! Casey has checked in periodically to make sure that everything is running smoothly and it’s very nice to know that they still check in months after the installation was completed. I was referred to Empire Solar from a friend that had a great experience with them. Great is an understatement. From the first phone call I can tell that Liz was very knowledgeable and I was not just fed a sales pitch. Liz was able to answer all my questions and followed up with everything that we spoke about timely the next day. The installation was smooth, crew arrived on time, installed everything, answered all my questions and cleaned up. The team that was assigned to me from start to finish was very attentive and knowledgeable. The team took care of all permits and paperwork while keeping me informed each step of the way. Definitely a recommend from me for Empire Solar. The price was well under the competition with great results.

Great experience, from the initial meeting to final installation. Everyone I dealt with was super professional, friendly and helpful, on the sales and the installation side. My town requires a *lot* of paperwork to upgrades like solar done, but I didn't have to sweat any of it, Empire handled it all. Although supply chain issues from the pandemic slowed things down (no fault of Empire), they kept it pushing forward and got it done. Now I've just been sitting back and watching my electric meter go backwards all summer long! And they handled the financing, so no down payment even was needed. I'm paying less to *own* my own electric generation now than I was just paying Central Hudson. And eventually, when it's paid off, it'll just be free electricity! I highly recommend these folks for getting solar. Good for the pocket book, good for the planet, and working with them is just good for your peace of mind!
