I hired this company to remove linoleum and replace it with ceramic tiles. This company sent in individuals who were unable to communicate with me due to a language barrier. They proceeded to rip up my flooring and subflooring in my master bathroom. Upon ripping up the flooring in all of my bathrooms they informed me that they would only be able to do linoleum on my floor again. These workers left my bathrooms in disarray with nothing but wooden sub-flooring and scraps of linoleum. I called this company and let them know I am no longer interested in being a customer to them and that I have found a business elsewhere to lay my ceramic tiling. One year later, I get a credit card from Empire today in the mail that I never applied for or utilized. This is a buyer beware when working with this company. They told me they could lay ceramic tiles then backed out once ripping up all of my flooring and tried to charge ne $3000 for destroying my floor and leaving only wooden subflooring with no return date. I had to find and pay a private contractor after purchasing all of these ceramic tiles myself. These people harassed me for months after destroying my bathroom floors. Save yourself the time and the stress and go elsewhere with your business. These people are not honest and they have horrible business practices. The charge was removed from my credit following a dispute.
