Everything went well, from the initial contact to job completion. After contact with the company, the appointment made and the salesman came to our house. It was more like a visit from an old friend than a sales call. Set up a second visit, and we got the job started. Everything was done as stated from when the dumpster and supplies would be delivered to the time and date the crew would arrive for the job. Was contacted when said start date would be and again when their prior job ran long and had to move my date back a day. They showed up, got straight to removing the old roof, installed the new roof and were gone before I knew it. If it wasn't for the debris in the dumpster, you would not know they had been there. The area around the house didn't show any debris. I was well pleased with the way they cleaned up after themselves. Very professional.

Run fast and run far. It says something that every contractor that I've dealt with in the last 6 months has literally nothing positive to say about the way that Erie runs their business.
As a new customer a few years back, we were treated like gold. Fast forward to April 2025 when a large tree fell on our house after a storm and it was nothing but an ongoing fight to get this company to help. First, my point of contact quit shortly after the incident and it took me almost two weeks to figure out who to talk to. The people in the office are useless, as I was told at one point that "it's not so and so's job". Since there was water coming into my bedroom through the ceiling fan, I was able to get a human to tarp my roof. After that, it took me 3 MONTHS of nagging, calling, begging, pleading, etc. for them to follow through. Mind you, there was a hole in my roof and BLACK MOLD growing in my ceiling. The communication was horrible and inconsistent and excuses never ending (I had to do inventory, oh we can't do that, I have to see, etc.). The consumer is screwed with this company, as your warranty will be void if you let anyone else touch it. Their priority is new projects and making that money. Don't count on them to treat an actual emergent situation as a priority because there's no money in that. RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!!!
