The Erie home roofers came out in freezing weather and installed my roof . They were hardworking , meat and professional. I would definitely recommend these guys to install anyone's roof

This company comes in well prepared to do what they promised. Manpower was well covered and each employee knew their job. It amazed me how quickly they performed and when their job was complete everything looked great.I could not have asked for better well done job. Thank you very much from very satisfied customer.

The two people that came out to the house to inspect my roof were very thorough and professional. They showed me pictures of leaking in my attic and shingles that were worn down to the fibers. They did a comparison for me of the underlayment and shingles of your company versus what most roofing companies use. At no time did they try any high pressure techniques on me which was very much appreciated. I've had inspections and sales pitches from other companies and yours was by far the best. The price was quite a bit out of the price range I had in my head so I'm definitely suffering from sticker shock, however I realize you get what you pay for.
The installers were an hour later showing up than what I was told for arrival time, but they immediately got to work and wasted no time. All of my items were either moved or covered with tarps before they began. As soon as the old roof was off, they replaced some bad wood and started putting my new roof on. It was extremely cold that day with temps in the high 20s and low 30s. These guys don't get enough credit! I couldn't even stay outside very long to watch as it was too cold for me.
By the time they finished, it was already dark due to the time of year. They finished up and did all the cleanup by flashlight, picking up debris and nails from the yard and trees. They made multiple trips around the house with flashlights to try and get it all. I thought they had finished and were getting ready to leave, so I went inside. They stayed another hour, continuing to try and clean up. They were extremely thorough, proffer and polite.
The next morning when it was light outside, I went out to look and found some oil stains on my brand new driveway from the truck they had parked there. I'm not happy about it, but there's not much that can be done after the fact. Maybe on future jobs they should put a tarp under the truck to prevent accidents such as this.
I'm still finding nails every time it rains as they are coming from the downspouts but I suppose that's to be expected. You can't possibly get them all and they honestly did try to get them.
This roof has a 30 year guarantee and I don't expect to live past 100 years old to need another roof, so this is my last roof!
Overall, this was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Now I just have to pay for it...

The overall experience was great, they were very knowledgeable and thorough. They kept me updated on all steps of the process and my roof looks amazing. The quality of the work, roof, and material used was top notch. I would highly recommend!

I was very nervous spending so much but, Erie made it painless. Their communication was very good. The job was completed in a day with great clean up. They are very professional and pleasant to work with. Time will have to tell the rest of the story. My roof comes with a guarantee. It has been snowing so I can’t see the roof but, I’m certain the job was done well. What I can see look great.

The salesman was professional and polite. Construction was scheduled to be started on a Monday and I had to postpone until Wednesday, without a problem. The old roof was removed, new roof installed and clean up was completed in one day. Roof looks good.

Good company, good people, did exactly what the said and communication was excellant from the first phone call thru installation.

The installation went great no problems and the crew was excellent. They did a great job and they cleaned up the entire area of all debris
