Our entire experience with TC Building started in April of 2023 when the company was Extreme Exteriors. They were highly recommended on social media and we wanted to support a local small business. We ordered three Win-core foam-filled gridded windows with tint. Craig (sales guy) told us that it'd be about 6mo before they got them in, so I called around Sept/Oct 2023.
They said that the order had arrived and got me on the schedule for mid-October. They sent a team out twice to measure again, which I thought was odd, seeing as how Craig had already measured everything when we ordered (they were supposed to be coming from manufacturer). When Darren came to install, I realized that he had the wrong windows. I told him that they were incorrect and showed him my order form. He said that it wasn't a big deal, they would simply switch out the glass portion. At the end of the install, I asked him if I needed to call the office and let them know of the mistake and he said that he would take care of it.
I assumed it would again be around 6mo to have the order filled, so around March of 2024, I called the office to check on the order. Tonya (owner/manager?) had no idea that the wrong product was installed, no notes or record of the mistake. After she investigated and verified my claim with Darren, they said they would place the order immediately and expect to hear back in about 6mo.
So this past August, I began reaching out and attempting to make contact with the company, which had strangely enough rebranded as TC Building. We played a long game of phone tag with Tonya, leaving multiple voicemails that were never returned. I ended up sending the company a lengthy, frustrated email and Tonya responded. She gave me dates to install, but I was still attempting to reach her via phone as I do not like scheduling via email. I would call and she would respond with an email, it was entirely strange and annoyingly unprofessional.
But alas, we got scheduled and then had to be rescheduled, so I turned the responsibility of this mess over to my partner to deal with as I was completely over it. We had originally scheduled for this past Monday morning, but Tonya emailed and called me the Friday before and said they'd be out later on Monday afternoon instead. After waiting this last Monday, I get an email around 3pm that they would not be coming out until Thursday due to another "unfinished job." My partner gave them our schedule and said Thursday would not work for us and they agreed to come today, November 1st. They did finally switch out the windows today with white gridded glass, like we ordered, so it's done and over and I couldn't be more glad to wipe my hands of it.
Food for thought: on the inside of the windows, there was a label for a wholesale distributor out of Kansas City, ABC Supply, so it makes me wonder about whether I paid competitively or not. Long story short: you could not pay me to deal with them again.

Really disappointed in this company. We made the call as they were recommended to us to replace a window. We initially reached out in October of 2023 and were told we were looking at an install date of February 2024. We were fine with this, paid for half of the window and waited. February came and went with no communication so we called at the end of March to be told due to rain, we were pushed back to May. This is understandable, however no one reached out to let us know this. May came and went, and we called again. After leaving a voicemail, we got a call from a woman saying she would call us back to let us know when they could be there, but that it would be the follow day or the day after. They showed up this morning at 8AM sharp and were very quick and respectful. I am disappointed that our total cost was not adjusted due to clearly being forgotten and for having no communication at all during this process.

We had a gutter emergency where our old gutters were dangling off our house. Extreme Exterior Remodeling was so great to work with! They came out to give us a bid and attached the gutter back to the house temporarily, which was SO nice and not something they were required to do. Additionally, they were able to get the job done in less than a week, and finished just before we got rain. The crew that did the work was friendly and clean.
I will absolutely use this company again. Very happy with the work done!!

We are so happy with our new basement windows! They look great and should be so efficient and warmer through the winter! Darren did a great job of installation and such a nice man! Thank you Extreme Exterior Remodeling!

Chris and Tonya were great to work with very professional and responsive. I hired Extreme Exterior and Remodeling to contract our siding job, our house turned out above expectations.

COVID delayed manufacturing/shipment of the windows for my house. Once they had the windows, Darren installed all 15 in one day! He did all the trim on day two. He did quality work. The windows are beautiful. I am very happy with the results and plan on using Extreme for additional projects. The only thing that could have been better is that Extreme could have called me with updates instead of me having to call them.
