Matthew was great! He was efficient and quiet. He was working right outside my home office door and I didn't hear him at all. We had just called Silva a couple of days ago and got a call back in a short period of time and they were out here in 48 hours. I would highly recommend them. They sent a text with Mathew's picture so it was easy peezy.

Great experience with the Sila team. They were able to give an evaluation for a new water heater on the same day as my request, and had it installed by 10:30 the next morning. Clean polite professional. There's no mess to show for them having to haul out that old tank, and not a drop of water on the basement floor. Their technicians were happy to speak to me on a level that I could understand, and walked me through how to use my new water heater.

Travis was wonderful! He came to flush my hot water heater. He was punctual and left the space clean. He told me what he was doing and how he was doing it. He even helped me with a bag, that posed a lifting challenge, due to a broken toe. Great person and great service!!

Anthony Goostree was my technician who checked out my furnace and made sure it was ready for winter. I am more than pleased with his service. He was professional, courteous, and excellent at explaining my questions. I am hoping that he will be my technician for my spring checkup. Anthony is definitely a credit to your organization. Nhan and Ray did an impressive job putting in a new boiler and hot water heater. Can a boiler be beautiful? The copper piping and simplicity of the design, the smaller more efficient technology of the boiler, very pleasing to the eye. My radiator fired up hot in no time. The gentlemen were protective of my a rugs putting down covering. They were informative and friendly. Communication excellent and they were on time.

Sila installed a new Lennox furnace and A/C system today after our old system broke down. I called Sila after seeing all of the great reviews about them online. Martin came out right away and completed a thorough evaluation of our home to correctly size our unit (my husband was impressed). We spoke with Ralph in Sales and felt confident to move forward after receiving a reasonable quote. We are very happy with the installation work performed by Nate and Wes. They showed up early, covered our floors, wore shoe coverings and cleaned everything up when they completed their work. They also took the time to review the system with me and answered my questions before they left. Everyone we've dealt with at Sila so far has been top notch, and I'm so glad we found such a great company to work with going forward. I'll be sure to recommend Sila to my family and friends!

Nick and Matt were awesome checking out the old system and doing the 3D room evaluation. The team that showed up for the install were so efficient and polite. I am so happy I contacted Sila.

The technician then called you with his approximate arrival time. Sean the technician promptly fixed our air conditioner within two hours. Shawn not only took the time to fix The wiring and replace the part he also took the time to explain the problem to me and my 2 sons.
