Nick was GREAT and so was his knowledge about heating and cooling system. He was kind and thoughtful to me and my wife. Because of Nick, he let me know the importance of keeping up the maintenance on my heating unit. Nick was great.

We had a seamless experience with Sila technician Cameron, who came to service our water heater last week. Cameron was communicative ahead of our visit, and was thorough, kind, informative, and patient throughout the entire service appointment. We'd be happy to have Cameron as our technician every time we need service - as would our cats, who were also fans!

We are very happy with David’s help troubleshooting our plumbing issue and all the work done. He explained everything too. We would recommend 100%.

We had our ductless split heat pump serviced by Jordan B today. He was the most knowledgeable technician we have ever had! Not only did Jordan take the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the unit but his kindness and respect for not only me but my house was above and beyond!

Sila was very thorough in the assessment & maintenance of my furnace. I was having an issue & they were able to fix it on the spot. Constandino was very nice & took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my system. He answered all my questions & I was confident that my issue has been resolved. Had a severely clogged sewer line. David tried 3+ hours to snake it clear. Needed hydro jet cleaning, but Sila couldn't get to me right away. Since I needed immediate assistance, he recommended a 3rd party. Sila and technician were prompt, courteous. Upfront on what needed to be done & pricing. Would use again

James at Sila was great! This was my first time using Sila for an issue with my radiators. James called in advance and arrived on time. He worked quickly and efficiently, explaining the process to me. He was able to assess and resolve the problem. I would recommend this service and James as a technician.

1 star is too nice. My heater broke and we have had no heat at all. I called Sila and was approved for a 5k credit line. They came out and said it needs a valve. First tech ordered wrong part, another week went by, 2nd tech came out, tried to pressure me into buying a 7500 dollar heater because mine is old. I told them I don't care if the part only works for a this season as I don't have the money right now. They said the would order the part. I called them to checkup only for the person on the phone to tell me that they will not fix my heater because it is old and the part will only work a while and another issue may come up. This company is overly expensive and only want to sell you more. They don't care that I have 2 kids and zero heat. I could have gotten another company out with the way they dragged this out. Horrible company and they should be ashamed of themselves period.

This was our first positive response to Sila. We always have issues getting serviced and the like. After our normal issues with Sila, they finally sent Shawn to our house. He did an amazing job and diagnosed the problems with our unit in about five minutes. I hope Sila promotes him and gives him a raise! He was wonderful and very intelligent.

Needed someone to service my heater and after a full day of PGW trying to figure out what was wrong, Sila fixed it within an hour. I got an appointment within a 24-hr window. They were very nice and explained everything so that I understood what was wrong and what they fixed. Will use them again!
