Vince and Alex replaced my air handler, outside compressor on the hottest day of the year. My home is all stone and is 88 years old and the air handler is in the attic! The attic had to be 120 degrees but Vince persevered while Alex was outside in the sweltering sun. Absolute dedication and professionalism!
Few companies have this type of customer service.

So, turned on my A/C for the first time last week, and it wasn't working properly. I called and scheduled someone to come have a look since the unit is only 2 yrs old. Anthony Goostree came, had a look and found a prob outside. Initially, my fists balled up and I was getting steamed, but I opted to see what the outcome would be. Sila assigned Anthony to come out and work on the prob - turns out to be a 6 hour job. Anthony communicated when he was coming, what he would be doing, informed me when he left to get a bite to eat and come back, and finally that the job was complete. This is customer service, folks! He was pleasant, professional, and focused on getting the job done without making a bunch of excuses. Thanks Anthony. It's actually cold in here now... I can definitely feel the difference. Best part is that the whole thing was covered by the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the new system. 5 Stars for Anthony!!

Was a 'member' for about 5 months. The two times i needed maintenance or service, it came with a dose of sales and recommendations for things i really didn't need. Also, while their techs are very nice, their scheduling system has a long way to go. Will not give you a specific time to arrive only that they'll let you know they're 'on the way'. Took a day off work...then the tech finally showed up at 6:30 PM....during dinner. Also, made another on-line appointment for which someone returned my call promptly, but then they never showed. I quit my 'membership' after this experience. After my marginal experiences, they asked me for specific feedback, which i gave them, and then i was ghosted. They probably look upon me a problem customer. They won't have to worry about me anymore :-).

This was the second time we had Travis Welsh as our Plumber. Previously he installed our new faucet and also replaced the pipes in our bathroom vanity. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with him!

Jim was great, he’s worked on issues at my house before. He listened to me when I described my issue and then took his time to track down the root. He did his best to minimize the amount of cutting into my walls needed, and I really appreciated that. He walked me through everything and explained what needed to be done.

Jay the service technician was fantastic. He’s knowledgeable and honest. Sila…The company is awful. They charge you $99 to give an estimate for a set price they could have told me before the tech came. The price was double what I expected for the job. They wanted $780 for a sump pump replacement. The techs are great but the company is awful. Support your local plumbers and go with an independent contractor.

Brian Watts was the first guy that stopped by and did the consultation after his inspection. Answered all the questions I threw at him also he was suggesting things that needed for upgrade and maintenance. Brian Curry was the plumber that replaced my water heater and man this guy is amazing. His professional craftsmanship is like a work of art. Awesome personality and was very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole job. Great job! 5 stars I would recommend him to anybody that needs their water heater replaced. Thank you

Sila did an excellent job installing our Mitsubishi multi-split systems. This is no easy task, but the team's creativity led to beautiful installs of multiple units. This company is on the highest end in terms of quotes, but sometimes you get what you pay for. There was a 5 year guarantee on the workmanship, which was impressive. We decided to have a few smaller plumbing-related jobs done as well and the service was stellar. Thank you Sila!

I discovered Sila 9 months ago and had them install and service a new water heater, unclog a serious backup from our kitchen sink and install a garbage disposal. Every visit was a very positive experience. They are a multi service group and I highly recommend them for service to your home utilities. David and Travis are the best
