Homeowner Reviews
Everyone at this company was the best from Shaun to Carlos to Amaud and all the installers
They installed 11 windows and a slider in one day worked around our special needs dogs worked with scheduling so it could be done on my husbands day off !! I can not recommend them enough
Where to begin…. For a large company that you are paying almost 40k for installation for windows and doors they sure do not care about customer service.
Original date of Installation was April 12,2025 and I am writing this on August 26th, the project is still incomplete due to poor quality material.
Original installation had many mistakes including installing wrong windows in wrong places, cracking window sills and trying pass off like it wasn't their fault even tho we had pictures and video recorded day of prior to installation start. Then installed big sliding glass door crooked and had had opening exposed at the bottom.
The front door was wrong and not compatible with lock we told them we had (biometric lock).
A new front door had to be ordered… in addition so did entire sliding glass door after was installed crooked and was told by general contractor “nothing is perfect, just live with it”
My entire residence was covered in dirt and dust bc they did a horrendous job sealing with plastic.
Two days later the front door handle breaks and I am locked out of my residence and forced to take day off work to deal with issue.
Fast forward over two months later, after repeatedly questioning where our replacement doors are they install correct front door and new sliding door. Again making a complete dust mess of my entire residence.
Sliding door is now an inch higher than floor bc they put too much concrete to “level”. Again told to just deal with it.. the kicker is door came all scratched. Mind you it’s a hurricane window. Luckily no issues with front door.
Less than a week ago the third sliding door arrives to be installed. I tell installation team please check to make sure its not scratched before installing. They “check” and install door and there is a deep scratch in glass… now waiting on 4th door with zero contact from any management regarding the issues. (Two emails and phone calls/texts)
Maybe by posting on Google, this company will take action and ensure my project gets completed and proper refunds are issued that are owed.

Joel recently came out to repair one of my windows. He was right on time and had the part the window needed. He has been here before and is always very pleasant and cheerful. It is such a pleasure to have dealings person like Joel and he really knows his business.

I still have a leak from the new second story window into my garage. Contractor did come and found a leak not window related. Ok, great.. But issue is he tried really hard to ignore the fact that the 1st window was broken by employees during install. The 2nd window they installed in the same opening, was installed wrong (wrong size, wrong orientation, stucco used was cheap and when it got wet went soft allowing water in, install was just wrong and allowed water inside 2nd floor room and into the garage).
The 3rd window they installed in the same opening is the wrong orientation. Honestly, I don't care about that, just mention it to prove how many times they got things wrong.
He also did a great job to avoid the fact that all the weight they put on the roof over the garage causes any previous work (roofing and stucco) to come separated. It's an undesired result but it happens. Just accept it and take responsibility. As a result, water is coming in thru one of those seperations which he found. I repaired and will keep repairing whatever comes up, at my cost, because it's my home.
He also made a bold claim that the same previous roofing/stucco work around the 2nd floor window, was done wrong. And whether that is true or not, there is no way to know 100% unless we strip all that out and look. I find that to be unprofessional
Also, don't buy their side by side windows. They are horribly designed. During a normal water test, that means hose it down from every angle, tons of water go into the inside channel on the interior part of your house. That means while someone is outside hosing your window down, you can collect cups and cups of water from the inside of your house while windows are sealed and locked. Imagine during a bad storm or hurricane. It's a flood inside your home waiting to happend. I asked if I could get regular windows instead because this simply does not. Have never heard back.
Bottom line is, DON'T BUY FROM THEM. Today is 3 months of dealing with them, mold created by all the leaking, and they still owe me a sash, replace the window sill in 2nd floor, and test all windows for leaks.. Will post pictures of roof/stucco work before and after they came to install windows and the repairs I have done.
1st one is from previous work...
Rest of pictures is result of their work
