Kevin provided an excellent consultation. He was highly organized and walked us through how the company operates in a clear and structured way. He took the time to show all the relevant materials and explained each of them thoroughly, making the entire process easy to understand. His explanation of the estimate was especially clear and helpful. Throughout the consultation, Kevin was polite, patient, and attentive to our questions. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and we truly appreciate his professionalism and diligence.

It was because of the sales person, 'Koren', that we decided to go with Five Star! She was professional, yet personable, honest, and knowledgeable, yet no pressure. The installers Ivan and Rodrigo,
we're professional, respectful, and did a great job, including clean up! We were also impressed with, 'Jagger', our contact person, and overseer of the project!
We added a bench seat half way through,
and Jagger was easy to reach, keeping us informed of the time frame of the
bench's arrival, and installation.
When the bench arrived, it was again professionally installed by a great guy named, Brennen!
We love our new shower!
So glad we went with 5 Star!

The team (of two) from Five Star Bath Solutions Northwest who installed our new shower replacement were as fine and professional team as I've seen, and I was in a construction related profession for more than 50 years. Ivan and his partner were hard-working and thorough. They had the process fully thought out and it proceeded like clockwork. There was no wasted time and the project was fully finished and completely cleaned up in one day.

The resulting shower has provided our home with its finishing touch to be fully updated from its early '90's beginning. Really sharp, we like it.

Five Star sales representative Shelby was incredibly patient in answering all my questions about materials, design, and other details. Project manager Darren was also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Most importantly, Eflon did an outstanding job with the bathroom installation. He is extremely detail-oriented—everything from leveling the vanity to ensuring all connection points were flawless.

The old bathroom had a half wall with a hinged door, but it’s now beautifully replaced with a glass sliding door, which makes the space feel much brighter and more open. I absolutely love my new bathroom!

One minor issue: there’s a small section of old trim that wasn’t covered after the remodel. It should be a quick fix—just a small piece of matching material to glue on. I’ll reach out to customer service to see if they can help. Otherwise, I’m 100% satisfied with this bathroom transformation.

Excellent service. Excellent work. We had the best representative, Koren, help us with choosing what we needed and help with financing. Once the work was complete, I’m certain we had the best installers as well. Ivan and Rodrigo (I hope I have names correct!) were fantastic. They have done excellent work!! There’s one tiny problem, but they are on it to Help come to a fix Expediently. I recommend 5 star best solutions.
