Easy, professional and great looking new floor. Absolute pleasure working with Andrew and his team to have a new floor installed in our office. Floor Coverings International provided us with an exceptional experience! I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who appreciates quality work, accurate cost estimates and clear communication. This high level of service began with our in-home appointment, during which all of our questions were answered and multiple floor samples were reviewed. By the end of this appointment we had a very near exact estimate of what different areas (upstairs, downstairs and staircases) would cost. Having narrowed down our finishes to a few good choices we were allowed to hold on to samples of our favorites for a few days before making our final decision. Follow up was quick without being “pushy” allowing us time to make our decision without rushing. Throughout the process we received clear communication about the timeline of our project and when to expect a call for final scheduling of our installation and signing of our contract, all of which we were able to manage via cell phone or computer.

Our project was completed over a few days, requiring removal of tile from the concrete in our lower level as well as leveling of both the concrete and some upper level sub-flooring prior to installing our new flooring. Before any of this leveling work, and later when faced with a “tricky area” surrounding our fireplace occurred, the workers both explained and demonstrated to us what was needed and what they intended to do, communicating clearly throughout the process to ensure we were happy with our installation and had no “surprise” costs. They also managed to safely move a number of large furniture pieces around their work areas without incident. These guys were pros!

We are exceptionally happy with the work completed by Floor Coverings International. Having multiple levels of flooring updated at once makes it feel like we're walking into a new home again. Having lived here for 17 years and with no plans to move anytime soon we will now get to enjoy this “new home feeling” for years to come.

I was on quite a time and budget crunch and talked to several different flooring companies until I finally found these guys from a referral from a friend who is very happy with them. As an interior decorator, I work with a lot of different companies and I have to tell you that floor coverings international is the best that I’ve worked with. They have great products. Their installation is fast and their communication is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone clients as well as friends.

From the first moment that the salesman, Andrew Lyman, stepped into our home, we were sold on using Floor Coverings International for our carpeting project. He's just an honest, friendly, hard working guy who arrived on time, made great recommendations, understood what we wanted, did not pressure us and even gave us a contractor recommendation for another home project that we were considering. Brandy kept us updated on when our carpeting would arrive and scheduled installation as soon as it came in. The install team was punctual, friendly, hard working, clean and professional. The owner, Dan Lyman, came to check on the job install throughout the day and called to make sure we were pleased at the end of the day. We really couldn't be happier with the customer service from each and every person who we dealt with at Floor Coverings International and our carpet was installed beautifully. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and the people who work for this company. Everything was smooth sailing from when Andrew came to my house and measured my floors and gave me ideas and samples to installation. Great advice from Andrew because my floors look amazing. Ivan, Will, and Felipe (I think their names were) were so personable and sweet, showed up on time, and did immaculate work in a very reasonable amount of time. Very pleasant men to work with all around. Brandy kept me informed through Email of the process of what is going to happen and when. Everything was such a smooth operation. I had several estimates, but this company seemed to have their act together more than anybody and I've heard nothing but good things about them. Very pleased with our floor project, would highly recommend Dan and his team for any future flooring needs. We had FCI sand/refinish our 20+ year old hardwood floors and install new baseboards.
