Donna was absolutely great with getting us a good quote on our windows and one door. We have impact windows already but after 20 plus years, a couple are starting to leak. She was able to get our whole house quoted using a sound dampening argon filled impact glass at a very affordable price! She visited us twice to get the quote and financing done (first visit ended up well after hours so we had some financing questions that couldn't be answered at that time). She even brought us our own Keychain "Shelly" (their turtle mascot) and supported our small business!!

She was direct and upfront about everything and was able to answer all questions we had. Most importantly, she took her time explaining everything to us and made us feel comfortable in our decision. If you are looking to upgrade your windows give Florida Windows and Doors a call and ask for Donna!!

Do Not Use This Company! Worst experience with an installation company we have ever experienced! They 100% sub out the installations. The installers showed up at my house, broke every window with a hammer and glass shards went everywhere to include inside & outside my home. They didn’t use any precaution methods like tape or sticky film to prevent glass from falling out. 4 months later, I am still picking up pieces of glass from my lawn, flower beds, within all my brick pavers under my Linai and driveway. We are still finding small pieces of glass inside my home as well. They dragged the broken windows from the back of my home through my yard and onto my driveway. My daughter was walking through her room a month later stepped on a piece of glass and cut her foot.

The installers removed three downstairs windows hurricane shutter rails that were not being changed out. When I explained this to FL Window & Door customer service, they said they would replace them but never did. They also said they would remove all the glass pieces from my yard, brick pavers, and flower beds. Never did! It’s now 4 months later and nothing has been done after several phone calls. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB as well. I would like someone from FL Window & Door to step up, call me and compete the job!

Excellent professional work! Replacing windows can be stressful but they did everything in one day and left our home spotless. Communication and the web site showing stages of the process was outstanding. The windows themselves are very high quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Florida Window & Door.

Not only do these windows provide unsurpassed security and protection for our home, they are also beautiful! Working with Florida Window and Door was amazing. They did whatever it took to insure our project, which included every window and door, was completed without issue. From the sales team to the installers, everyone did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

I do not have a problem with the windows or doors my problem is with the people that comes to you to sell the products to you. They need more training about the products they sell. I have two different French doors I think the install is good the cosmetics they is left to the homeowner to fix and it’s expensive to even do small jobs. I told the sales guy sometimes when you remove doors they may or may not line back up to cover big gaps between the tiles and the new door his response was all don’t worry don’t worry we take care of everything, so once the door was installed I ask what about the big gap the installer said it’s not included you have to hire someone to do fix so now um upset. So I call to complain and all they can say is the doors were installed by code I said um sure they were. Insure your sales personnel are not just giving people lip service just to get a sales they said they can fill with concrete but it’s still going to look awful so I’ll pay for it myself in the future give the customer option don’t sell him a dream of taking care of everything

Windows and doors are awesome! Really noticeable difference in noise and heater has not ran house has maintained temp even though cold outside. The only surprise was we asked sales person if they used contract labor to install. We were told no only Florida windows and doors employees. Imagine my surprise when contract labors arrived to install. A quality Assurance person from Florida window and doors did arrive before installation started to check that the installers were using the correct materials. My windows were installed between my walls when the house was built so they had to cut the windows out so the new windows did not fit as tight as I was told they would fit. They said they measured to within 1/16 of an inch. But I have to say the contractors did a fabulous job Caulking and stuccoing around the windows to make sure they were secure and would not leak or have any issues. Just caused a lot more painting inside and out after the windows were installed. Installation was stressful but in the end was worth it. Passed Charlotte County permitting inspection with no problems. Salesperson just needs to be more honest and say they do use contract laborers to install their windows but they are contractors that have worked for them for a long time they don't use one and done contractors.

We just ordered new doors form Florida Windows and Doors. Rick Lasky was amazing and we can’t wait for our new doors. No detail was missed and no question went unanswered.

Update - Doors were successfully installed in a timely manner and on schedule. This company is really top notch with under promising and over delivering at every step of the way. From sales to coordination to installation was seamless. The install was clean, quick, and professional. The Doors are amazing. I can’t wait to be a repeat customer to complete my windows in the future!

Installers did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterward.
Everything about the door's are pure quality. From the feel of the lock's to the way the door's glide on the tracks. I am elated that I bought from Florida Windows and Doors.
I'm now considering replacing some more door's.

I'm very satisfied with my new windows. Everything looks great and the outside noises are almost completely gone. Cleanup after installation was not perfect but not a problem either. I found a few old window pieces outside. There was a month long delay getting the final inspection but that was due to the county (and 2 hurricanes) not Florida Window. The final punch list was performed with 1.5 days of the county inspection. I also want to add that the CS Rep assigned to my project was outstanding. He communicated well.
