Our solar panel cleaning is done not long ago, and we are delighted with their results. Our cleaners arrived right on time, performed the job in a professional manner, and left our house with energy-efficient panels that have been cleaned to a perfect shine.

I’m currently dealing with a warranty issue and have been unable to get a response despite multiple attempts.

One of my solar panels is underperforming. My contract includes a provision for one annual service call at no cost, including labor for issues involving manufacturer-warrantied components.

Despite this, I was told I need to pay a $250 diagnostic fee upfront plus any materials that may be required. I received a voicemail requesting payment, and the written explanation I was given does not align with the actual language of the contract.

I’ve had two previous warranty service requests in the past that were handled without any issue or charge, so I’m not sure what has changed here.

I’ve asked several times for clarification on how this is being applied, but my emails have gone unanswered.

I’m simply trying to have the agreement honored so the issue can be resolved. Hoping this reaches someone who can properly review the situation.
