We had Gutter Guards of America installed August 2024. We had some drainage issues this spring and upon inspection found they gutters had not been installed properly. My husband took pictures and sent an email May 15th, 2025. After not hearing from them for almost a month, I called on June 16th. They found the email and said they would send to the install team. Another 10 days has gone by and after multiple messages left and attempts to contact, I finally reached someone on the sales line. They said they would have to send another message to the team. When I inquired on the issue of getting a response or someone answering the phone, I was told they do not service Georgia anymore and that the response time has been a little longer. I am still waiting for a response and resolution. Hopefully it will come before the warranty runs out. I would be cautious in working with this group.

No honest communications. They stated that the materials had arrived then disappeared for almost two months. They tried to say they had attempted to contact me, but I received no calls or emails. They also tried to say that I had a problem with the siding being used but they never contacted me to get that impression. Now, they stated that install for the siding would be the week of June 9th, but that week has come and gone, when I contacted them, they went back to their waiting for the materials to be delivered to the supplier. It is strange since two months ago they said the materials had arrived and they were just waiting to schedule install with the crew. They also stated that the install would be delayed because of weather that is coming in but the week they stated it was scheduled to be installed was perfect. I don't know what is true because the materials were said to have arrived and now, they are waiting on them again. They were just waiting for scheduling with the install crew and now they don't have the material at all. They say they call but my phone doesn't ring from them. I do now finally get emails, but they keep going back and saying they are waiting for things that they have previously said had been done. It seems like just stalling even though they have been paid. I guess that was a mistake.
The roofing part of my job was done quickly and looks good but anything else is a pain to get done and as the roof was only part of the job the whole experience has been negative, and that is a shame. I can't recommend them or know that you may spend months fighting to get your whole job done with parts being done and then not being done.

I have been trying to contact customer service for a few weeks with no response. They did not provide the service the promised. Not a good company to work with.

My wife and I contracted GGA to install gutter guards during October 2024 in Beavercreek, OH. A few weeks ago, I called the company because water was overflowing the front gutter. This morning, we wake up to discover the entire front gutter has broken from the house. I have called the company twice this morning, but I have not yet received a call back. I will try to attach photos.

My representative was great to work with. Jamie Baisden made several visits to the property and was helpful and courteous in making a deal we could afford. The work was done in one day and the crew did a good job in installing new gutters on our old farm house. They look great and were done within a few days of closing the deal with Jamie. This has been a real positive experience for us.

Since they deleted my Google review already within 2 minutes. This company does not deserve a single 5 star review that they have. First and foremost, my husband has given them way more of his time than he should have working for them. I told him he should have told them to kick rocks. For the last 6 weeks he hasn’t gotten a single paycheck, worked for $0, put miles on our own truck driving all over Ohio because these guys as they call “storm chasers” run wherever the storms hit, that could even mean out of state. We’ve put hundreds into gas that we have not been reimbursed for, more depreciation into our personal truck which is completely unacceptable in itself, he was required to buy his own tools, but my husband is nicer than I would be to the owner and his son about how I think they don’t know left from right, and they surely do not know a thing about roofing. These guys were originally gutter “professionals” if you even want to call them that, considering their negative reviews from customers already stating that the gutters they received clog often, and are not as great as they were promised, and the warranty’s are not what they promised. In addition to this, my husband agreed to project manage for these guys, worked a week of that for lousy pay which was insulting to say the least, and still didn’t receive a paycheck. My husband opened his own roofing company just in the last two weeks, and Aaron (one of their associates) told the owner about my husbands business which is odd, and gross behavior, and the owner and his son were trying to force my husbands hand to sign a non-compete and close his business after just opening it. When my husband told them no, but did agree to sign that he wouldn’t take clients, etc. They then turned around and said they liked the fact he had his own businesses, and said they’d rewrite the non-compete document, they even went as far to say that they wanted to make my husband partner in this company at some point. Yesterday, my husband shows up for work, works the full workday and Dan/Daniel (owners son) decides to call him after the fact to tell him they’re going to let him go because he told them he wouldn’t close his business. I am truly disgusted with this companies business practices, their inability to hire competent roofers, installers, sales representatives, etc, and from what I’ve already seen from other reviews that this shady company had deleted, that they don’t pay their employees, installers, and fire them whenever they see fit. It shows from last week when my husband had to manage one of the installing teams and they had snail pace, and installing the roofing material wrong. Thankfully because my husband isn’t a complete illiterate like everyone else in this business seems to be, he caught their mistakes and fixed it, they didn’t have all the material necessary for the roof to begin with because the initial roofing evaluation wasn’t done properly, and Aaron didn’t order the correct material. My husband even got on the roof, and started installing himself to finish it within a timely period for the customer, and did he get paid for that? Of course not. He also paid for some of the material out of our own pockets, because Dan did not pay for the materials within the timeframe he stated. We’ve lost several hundred just from my husband working at this place, and now we are out of money with nothing to show for after giving them 6 weeks of my husbands time, and our money to HELP THEM succeed at no benefit to our own and we have 4 mouths to feed, pets and a home that is our responsibility. They are also disputing reviews to Google, so I will make sure if they delete this to keep reposting it, I will also post this on Facebook so others can share it. For those that are having their reviews deleted, put it on the BBB as well, file complaints. Dan, and his father should be ashamed at how they’re running this business. My husband also sold a roof that he should get at the very least $4k for, but I’m sure they fired him on purpose so they didn’t have to pay him for it even though he closed it, and did the work. He was also promised a check if he came in today, he came in and they didn’t give it to him. They make me sick!

Avoid this company at all costs. I worked as the call center manager for nearly a year, and I saw firsthand how poorly this business is run. The owners owe money to multiple people and have a history of unethical practices. They abruptly fired the entire call center team without explanation and have recently shut down four locations due to mismanagement.
Their products are also subpar. The gutter guards they install are ineffective and often clog, requiring homeowners to clean them regularly—despite being told they’d reduce maintenance. The warranties they offer sound good on paper but are filled with loopholes and provide little actual protection.
Please do your research and choose a more reputable roofing and gutter company. GGA is not worth your time or money.

Gutter guards never showed up to my home after several attempts so I have decided to look for someone else to do this project.

Eric, showed up on time and was very polite, we reviewed my needs and he measured my gutter need. He recommended a solution and he understood my needs. We had to spend more time than my appointment was scheduled for and he said that was not a problem.
We came to a solution and he helped with the discounts that were available. He got the price I was happy with and we moved forward with a scheduled installation. He was very flexible with my schedule.
