We needed a walk-in shower, and we got exactly what we wanted. The installers were amazing and we love our new shower

Home Concepts did our remodeling for our new Bathroom Shower and Bathroom Countertops. Materials had to be ordered but the work was done very quickly over three days. The quality of the product and service was top notch. Kevin did our install and did an excellent job. The sales team and operations team also answered all our questions.
I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend them.

I recently had my tub replaced with a shower and the old shower removed. Because of a special order, it did take a while to get the product, but once it came it, they told me it would take 5 days, and they were true to their word. Kenny arrived promptly on Monday morning, he worked diligently through the demo and the replacement of the counter top and tub/shower conversion. He was pleasant and flexible when I needed to leave for the evening early. The professionalism of the company, salesperson and my remodeler was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to do your next job.

My husband and I just had the shower in our master bedroom redone, and we are over the moon with results. It is absolutely beautiful!! Kevin, the installer, kept us involved during the entire installation, making sure everything was installed just the way we wanted it. Dante, the salesperson who sold us the redo, came out during the install just to make sure we were happy with how things were going. It took Kevin 2.5 days to complete the job....not a rushed one day job. Wish we had used Home Concepts for our first shower redo instead of Jacuzzi Bath, which was a 5 month nightmare.

Kevin, worked by himself throughout the day without any complaints. He took on the task of converting a bathtub/shower into a stand alone shower and remodeling the master shower. He always asked questions to make sure we were all in agreement on the work being done and always kept us informed about what he was doing and informing us about all options we had regarding the finished work. We are really impressed with his workmanship, ability, and knowledge about the projects. He was here for four days and was always on time. Employees from other companies could learn a great deal from him regarding work ethics. We are very glad and fortunate to have had him for our remodeling projects.

Outstanding job with the installation. Was very meticulous on each step of the installation. Answered all of our questions and insured we understood what and why he was doing what he was doing. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of using Luxury Bath for a tub/shower conversion to a walk-in shower...it turned out beautifully!!! Joe was our installer... absolutely wonderful results. He was on time, friendly, professional and SOOOO efficient! Was done with the job in less than 2 days, covered floors well, cleaned up BOTH days and then took the time to explain the product, cleaning procedure, etc. I can't say enough about his workmanship.... HIGHLY recommend Luxury Bath...and ask for Joe!!

Austen was the representative we first met with. He was professional and not pushy which we really appreciated. Showed us materials available, explained cost and warranties. Answered all our questions and concerns.. Kevin our installer was great. Professional, explained everything as he went through the different stages of taking out and installing our new shower. Laid down surface protection on our flooring and carpet, as well as covered and protected our bathroom vanity and countertop. Reviewed how to use new faucet, clean shower surround and doors. Cleaned up after job completed. We really put a lot of thought into choosing a company for a costly project like this. We've had a great experience with all staff we’ve had contact with. Would recommend this company.

I've had these guys out after they left. After spending eighty thousand dollars, cash wrote a check and I feel like I just got ripped off.And i'm not the kind of guy that I'll ever allow that. My wife asked for stuff to go on the walls that prevent mold. We got mold within four months after they left.
Paid for expensive fixtures All of them have rust rust it all out. In one of the bathrooms and I'll put pictures the tile wasn't cut flush, and there's a one inch gap between the tile and the actual bathroom sync cabinetry.
I had another company come over. I didn't tell them my bathrooms were brand new, maybe 2 and a 1/2 years. Maybe I don't know somewhere in there. And these guys came over, and my wife was telling him what we want to do and towards the end, we told the guys. These bathrooms are only maybe 2 and a 1/2 3 years old. And we've spent eighty grand on these three bathrooms.
After I told these guys, they didn't want to bash any companies because Iowa, one of the largest solar companies in the United States. So I get how customers can get, but I'm not like that. I'm not even home a lot, but after what these guys told me, these guys that came to my house should have seen. What kind of customer I was? I have a million dollar home and they should have used the correct products. And we had different guys showing app different times 1 guy ripped out a wall that wasn't supposed to be ripped out. I felt like I was the contractor that had to oversee the jobs. Because if I wasn't there, these guys would have been here instead of three months, it probably would have been five months to do three bathrooms.
They came out a couple times after they left. Because the second shower bathroom, the doors were not put on correctly and these are heavy doors. It's a miracle they didn't fall off.So they sent a guy out and the guy fixed him, and he couldn't believe that somebody allowed the job to be finished with those doors like that.
I'm not saying this is a bad company. Because I understand how some customers can be. But what I am saying is this is probably one of the worst decisions i've ever made. When it comes to having a construction company redo my bathrooms, and I fought my wife right to leave the bathrooms alone. I had these guys come over a month ago just to give us a quote on the three bathrooms, and I told my wife don't tell them that these bathrooms are under three years old, maybe two and a half, maybe less. I was hoping they were going to say. I don't know why you guys are doing bathrooms. These bathrooms look pretty new, but that's not what they said, and I get it. They want to make money. That's what construction companies do. But I'm a sales guy for 30 years. I could read people very quickly. And these guys, we're actually very honest, good guys. And they showed me and showed me the products that were used, and what should have been used when they see a customer like me that you can tell that i'm a person that has made money and not try to make it just a sale, but give it to me straight up. Tell me why there's better products.Don't just try to get a quick sale.
All I know is I'm very close on taking this to civil court, but I just, I hate to do this to companies because I own a big companyAnd it's not about the money, it's the principle I feel like I got taken advantage of and I hear it every single day from my wife, that I let these guys take advantage of me and that don't happen when I want something but this is something that she wanted.
They tried to give her different cabinets. I mean, I could go on and on, but I'm not going to sit here and do this, but I am disgusted on the work that happened.
And the products used take a look at the pictures.
