My windows were constructed in 2016-17. Supposedly have "lifetime warranty". First window began building up condensation between panes just before hurricane Ian and was replaced with no issues. Now 2 more windows are having the same issues and one is leaking into my walls and house. Their phones go directly to a full voice mail. Their previous email is now a daemon and typed messages through their website remain unanswered. Might be best to stay away.

Absolutely Do Not use this company. To start the salesman Craig B. will sell you on a grant from My safe home Fl… it’s BS. Do not do it. He straight up lied about secured funds and how it works.
Then they took over 2.5 years to complete 1 Window! The inspector failed it multiple times due to HPAs incompetence and unavailability to get the correct safety devices.
The head of the Permitting department Elizabeth lied about the status of the job over and over and then decided to just ignore me. I made over 50 calls and emails trying to reach her in an 1 year timeframe and she was always sick or “on vacation”…
Absolutely horrible customer service and practices. And to top everything off, the grant expires after 1 year.. HPA will sell you on this grant, over charge you for the job, and then take too long to complete it and the grant expires. Stay far from this company and read their BBB reviews. They should be shut down

Parents went into debt getting their house redone. We have consistently had issues some with the windows not locking correctly and leaking air out causing it to fog. Apparently one of then hit it with a nail puncturing the layers and others that these people refuse to address we waited months for our door only to have a problem shortly after it to start peeling shortly after. Ive followed up with Richard repeatedly called repeatedly asked repeatedly for help and no one returns my calls. It kinda feels like they shoved a cactus up you know where. I feel like their messing my parents over taking advantage of the elderly i really hope they get ahold of me soon otherwise I might have to pursue other options.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTABCE!!!!! They do not know how to communicate effectively or really at all. Wish you the best of luck if you do 🙏

Bought windows & doors install left a lot to be desired. Window broken have called for over a month same dum message will return call not happening. Notice you reply if a good rating but blank if critical Buyer beware. Less than 1 star

I wish I could give them a zero star review, sadly I cannot. We paid $32,000 for new windows. They leaked immediately after installation. They fixed that. But now several of the windows have broken. We have called at least half a dozen times for service and nobody return our calls. Run, do not walk away from this company. A warranty is worthless if the company will not honor it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with Home Performance Alliance has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. I hired them to install two windows and a new front door, and I was charged nearly $10,000 for the job.

First, they submitted the wrong window color and tried to cover up their mistake by sending someone out to spray paint them black—completely unprofessional. Since then, I’ve left five voicemails asking for someone to come out and finish the job, and no one has returned my calls.

It’s now been almost a year, and my front door is still incomplete, and the permit for the window installation has expired. This company has shown zero accountability or follow-through.

At one point the VP of the company reached out to try to figure things out but I have not heard back from him.

Save yourself the stress and money—go with a different company. You deserve better than this kind of service.

I would LOVE if someone would call me back so I can have this message completed. My HOA is sick of seeing the window stickers on the windows. They sent me a violation for “decor”. HPA do better and finish this project!

Spent $30,000 on 14 Windows less than 2 years ago and most of them don’t even stay open. I have to use 2 x 4s to keep most of my “new” windows open. It has been extremely difficult getting a hold of anyone at the company. After my windows, it took another two months for them to finish the window sills and then another month to get all the holes in my wall repaired. They didn’t have a problem taking my money right away though. Now I am paying on Windows that don’t work for the next 15 years. Do your diligence and find an honest trustworthy company that will do a good job.

Was all good up until the installation, then the team of professional installers was 1 guy who showed up to do the work. Received $1000 windows with screens that don’t fit, and good luck ever getting them back out to you to you to fix it. We got some guy complaining about why he was there and said he had to go to Home Depot and never came back.

We recently chose Home Performance Alliance, Inc. for our Roof Replacement.

Mr. Paul Purcell was our salesman. He gave us an amazing presentation, detailing all the extra thicknesses that go under the actual tiles, which make your house several degrees cooler. He also explained what HPA does to ensure that the new roof is up to the state insurance code. When he spoke about tile samples and hurricane straps, he actually showed samples to us.

Mr. Kevin Suriel was our Roof Inspector. He did the initial site inspection of our roof.When he completed his inspection, he gave us an estimate of what it could cost to replace our roof.

Mr. Carlos Rojas oversaw all constuction for our site. He touched base with us frequently during the two days his crew was here. He made sure the dumpster was here before his crew
arrived. And it was picked up within a day or so after the roof was finished.

His crew did a good job of covering up any of our shrubbery that was in the way of the roofing process. They worked very hard while they were here and they worked until the sun went down. Before they left, they removed all the roof debris from the ground.

The only other issue that arose was our fireplace chimney needed to be replaced.
So they built us another one! We are very happy with new roof and chimney installed by HPA! Gale & Linelle Hibbard

DON'T trust this company! Permit is still outstanding on my property. This company never requested the final inspection. The contractor who did my bathroom refused to connect my plumbing until I paid the balance. Months of daily phone calls and messages for them to resolve the issue. The county will only accept the request from the company. Not reliable. Not professional. Walk away from any representative from this place
