Was all good up until the installation, then the team of professional installers was 1 guy who showed up to do the work. Received $1000 windows with screens that don’t fit, and good luck ever getting them back out to you to you to fix it. We got some guy complaining about why he was there and said he had to go to Home Depot and never came back.

We recently chose Home Performance Alliance, Inc. for our Roof Replacement.
Mr. Paul Purcell was our salesman. He gave us an amazing presentation, detailing all the extra thicknesses that go under the actual tiles, which make your house several degrees cooler. He also explained what HPA does to ensure that the new roof is up to the state insurance code. When he spoke about tile samples and hurricane straps, he actually showed samples to us.
Mr. Kevin Suriel was our Roof Inspector. He did the initial site inspection of our roof. When he completed his inspection, he gave us an estimate of what it could cost to replace our roof.
Mr. Carlos Rojas oversaw all constuction for our site. He touched base with us frequently during the two days his crew was here. He made sure the dumpster was here before his crew
arrived. And it was picked up within a day or so after the roof was finished.
His crew did a good job of covering up any of our shrubbery that was in the way of the roofing process. They worked very hard while they were here and they worked until the sun went down. Before they left, they removed all the roof debris from the ground.
The only other issue that arose was our fireplace chimney needed to be replaced.
So they built us another one! We are very happy with new roof and chimney installed by HPA! Gale & Linelle Hibbard

DON'T trust this company! Permit is still outstanding on my property. This company never requested the final inspection. The contractor who did my bathroom refused to connect my plumbing until I paid the balance. Months of daily phone calls and messages for them to resolve the issue. The county will only accept the request from the company. Not reliable. Not professional. Walk away from any representative from this place

The absolute worse customer service, period. We called multiple times to get someone out as our windows were leaking. It took weeks. When they finally sent someone out, he looked like he slept in a van down by the river all night. He messed around and didnt address the leak issue, which you can clearly see where the seals around the windows has come loose. Said he "didnt do drywall", and would send someone else out. Now it has been weeks again with at least two emails to customer service and no response, as the windows continue to leak water into out house. Next step is Florida Consumer Protection call, as well as legal. Below are pics of water coming in through the windows because of their shitty workmanship.
UPDATE: After another call to the non customer service, some so called manager comes out and thinks he knows why the windows are leaking. Says he will send someone out to repair. That was weeks ago, and we have heard nothing. Now it rained again and more water is coming in. These people are dishonest, and don’t follow through with what they say they are going to do. Buy from someone else

HPA installed our windows and front & back doors in November 2022. It took 5 inspections before it passed and as of today, a year & 2 months later, they have not came back out to do the trim & replace a broken marble window sill that THEY broke. We have called, emailed & texted with absolutely no response from them. We called BBB about them and was told HPA responded to them that they would contact us, but they never did. Don’t use this company! They are beyond bad! Our only choice now is to get an attorney. “UPDATE”, HPA was sold and the new ownership got right on our situation and finished everything. So now I would rate them 5 stars! Thank you to the new owners!

I started the process with this company with high hopes that there would be wonderful customer service because that’s what my sales rep reassured me after I spoke with him about the reviews online where customers stated they are not getting phone calls back. He assured me that this would not be the problem that he would always be there to respond to me. Although he has been there to respond to me, not many of my issues have been resolved. First off, my windows were put in with two screws missing so I had to take time off for a second county inspection. Next, they had the tech come out to plug the holes in my windows, I had a day scheduled and realized I had a meeting so I wouldn’t make that date so we rescheduled for the next day. The tech reached out to me on the original scheduled date and asked me if he could come sooner than our scheduled 4 to 6 PM because he had finished early, this was at 11 in the morning. My meeting was canceled so I told him that I could be there around 2:30 to meet him for him to plug the holes. He started plugging the holes and then it turned out they don’t plug all of the holes there is three holes on each side of the window that stay exposed that you get to see that make the windows look trashy after I spent $40,000 on putting them in. I reached out to Charlie who is the VP of operations, and he told me that he was going to find a solution that would work for everyone. Charlie never called me back, I text Charlie and I called Charlie because he told me that he would personally be taking care of this. He never once called me back , in three weeks, he did not call me, he did have a woman contact me on his behalf, I was not very pleased with this, because Charlie is the one that told me that he would be contacting me to resolve this issue. Also when the tech was out at my house , he broke my slider screen door, after spending $15,000 on a sliding door, I was not very happy about. The tech also forgot to put all of the screens on the second floor in my home which is near impossible for me to be able to do. So I have these windows that I can open but I cant enjoy the weather because they didn’t put screens in my upstairs. Since I was so upset with the customer service I emailed Elizabeth who is apparently the president of operations over Charlie and let her know everything that happened. I emailed her on December 19 and have never heard anything back from her. I contacted HPA on December 12 and requested a copy of my wind mitigation so I could get a discount with my homeowners insurance and I still have yet to hear from anyone. Put in another phone call and had to leave a voicemail.
My windows were scheduled to be put in August 2023. My fiancé passed away in July, this whole process has been nothing but a headache and if I could’ve canceled I would’ve know how I would be treated in the end. I should’ve listened to the original reviews and not my sales rep. I would advise everyone that I am in contact with to not use this company. My sales rep, Charlie, and every person I have been in contact with was aware of my situation, being a single mother now with three children and how taking off work can be difficult. What are you eating? They assured me that they would do everything they could to not interfere with my work schedule. I have had to take four days off total dealing with this companies mess. If I could give me a zero rating I would. Stay Away from this company, they do not care about their customers.
UPDATE: June 3rd, 2024
I had an employee come out on Wednesday to hopefully finally finish the project that they started 10 months ago. He brought a new screen slider. The lock for the slider he brought was already broken. And it wasn’t passed along that the felt in my slider was improperly put in and he would need another person out here to help. That is another day I get to wait around for them to not finish this job. They were supposed to be here two weeks ago and nobody showed up. I am continuously waiting around for this company to finish the job that they started.
Horrific company

This has been an easy experience with a beautiful result. Everyone I dealt with at HPA has been SO pleasant. The team of installers were very hard working and really seemed to enjoy working together. I have never seen such efficiency! Thanks for a beautiful job.

We were told that we couldn't have the install until more than a month after signing on. They called after three weeks and said they had an opening the next day if that worked for us. They completed the job in six hours! Very happy with results.

I've used this company twice. First time was about 4 years ago, replaced all the windows in the front of my home and master bedroom. The windows themselves are fine, they function as described and keep the heat out. The installation process was deeply flawed. Had to contact the company multiple times to get the trim and hole plugs installed after the inspection. Finally gave up and ordered the hole plugs and did it myself. Fast forward a few years, its time to do the rest of the windows. HPA happened to call and I invited the gentlemen to my home to give me a quote (again I liked the product, but not the staff). I described my first experience and why I was hesitant to give the company another shot. Chris Barela assured me the company had a changed culture, no longer used sub contractors, and he worked with me on the price for 13 new windows. He gave me his card and cell phone number in case I had any issues. He said he would be there through the installation to make sure everything went well. It did not go well. Installers arrived with 12 of the 13 windows, but never mentioned it. They just installed 12 and were about to leave when I realized one was missing. They spoke very little English, but I was able to understand that they only received 12 windows and they wanted me to call the company. Still unclear on whether they were employees or subcontractors. I called Chris who put me in touch with installation manager, Lennox. He said they forgot to order the 13th window and they'd have it in 6 weeks. That was the last week of February. I still do not have that window. I cant have the inspection done and trim installed until all the windows are in. So I'm stuck with exposed hardware and a mismatched set of windows in the front of my home. In addition, I've requested service multiple times since one window had broken lift springs and latches, and several off the screens were damaged by the installers. I contacted the main line, left messages for Lennox. I emailed the company. I spoke with Elisabeth on 4/20 and sent pictures of damaged window as per her request. I didn't hear back for two days, then she forwarded the pictures to someone else. She told me on 4/20 the missing windows was 3 weeks out. Still no window. Still no response on other issues. Requested an update on 4/28. No response. I wish I could deal directly with the manufacturer, because the windows are nice, but the installers and customer service from HPA is terrible. I should never have given them a 2nd chance. See the photos for how careless the installers were. They set some windows down on the concrete and dragged it as they lifted, resulting in the latches being marred. Brand new windows with scratched up locks. Nice. I expect some level of damage to drywall around the windows, but this was excessive. They broke all the tile around my spare bathroom window. Again, I expect some damage, but I was assured by sales and the guy that measured that they would trim around it to cover it. They didn't. I ended up remodeling that bathroom and had another company trim the window. At least the guy that repaired the stucco outside was excellent, but he was a sub contractor. Give someone else your business. Read the issues on BBB site about this company.
