Had no problem with going ahead with homecraft, I inquired with other company’s an none of them come even close with the quality of there guards ! I’m 76 an have been cleaning my gutters 2-3 times a year never again. I highly recommend HomeCraft !

About 8 months ago I climbed my ladder to look at my gutters and they did such a poor job of installing the guards on a 5 inch gutter. They covered up 3 to 3 1/2 inches with the shingles. They never bothered to cut back the shingles I sent them pictures. I called them. They did absolutely nothing to correct the installation so now I have to get up there and correcte them myself I believe now they are out of business. Their offices have closed down and the building is up for sale. Hopefully they’re gone. Here are some pictures.

We had gutters put on in January. We have reached out to the representative several times we have gone through the warranty department through their email. I’ve tried to call their 678-227-2506 service warranty number and Been told the mailbox is not set up and they’re not taking messages When it rains. The water runs off my roof not into the gutters but off onto everything else it’s running back on my facial boards yet no one will honor their warranty information having my home ruined is not why we chose to have new gutters.

We got the HomeCraft Gutter Protection back in 2020. We are happy with them but now naturally over time we are in need of gutter repair that we are more than happy to pay for but I can’t get anyone on the phone. My husband and I have called several times. But the call always hangs up. We’ve tried several other numbers with this company including the service number since we got our gutter guards from here and left voicemails. I would love to continue to support this company but can’t seem to get anyone on the phone. I am so disappointed with this part of the service.

Update: After three weeks of calling and trying to set up an appointment, I still haven’t received a call back or follow up and now our gutter protectors are falling apart and lifting up. I now highly don’t recommend this company because if something goes wrong they won’t help.

I met with Wade today and he was very nice and professional. He explained how there gutter system works and explained the process of installing it. Also the price is good for 1 year.

We reached out to Homecraft about their permanent LED lights after seeing them on another house online. Wade came put and went through all the specs and pricing and we did not hesitate to schedule the install. They came out within just a couple of days and had the lights up quickly. We were still a little skeptical on how it my turn out but for the price it was worth the risk. After the sun went down and we saw the results we were blown away - could not be happier. This is one product that truly delivers and we will absolutely use it year round. Just as normal exterior accent lights alone the house looks beautiful. With the numerous holiday settings it just is exceptional. I am positive when the neighbors see the new lights there Homecraft will be in our neighborhood often doing more jobs. The price for these lights was less than what we would have paid for professional Christmas light install, but for these we have year round options that will last for years. Really is a showstopper and adds so much value.

Due to the large volume of pine straw that fill our gutters year after year we were interested in getting some gutter guards installed. We obtained 3 different quotes and decided to go with Homecraft Gutter Protection. Wade Rouse took the time to provide details on the materials, size, and benefits of their product and we were good with the quote. The install was scheduled for the next day and all went smoothly!!

Amanda came out and performed an inspection of our gutters, which we knew needed work, and provided the best quote possible. Amanda was great. Very knowledgeable, professional with a beautiful personality. My wife and I strongly recommend her company’s service especially if you are a military family.

I’ve been thinking about getting gutter guards so I lined up 3 companies to get estimates. The first company that came out was Homecraft. Wade Rouse was the representative. He took measurements of my home. We sat down and he went through their product and showed me the other competitors products. He was very thorough about his product. I was very impressed with his presentation that I canceled the remaining appointments. Wade was the best!!!

Quality of work was fast however the installers had bad oil leak on their van and my newly paved driveway extension. I brought to attention of the GM, Patrick and I was ignored. I even offered in my message to him if he could provide the phone number to the installer and I would be able to coordinate with him to see if he could come out and clean the oil stains. As of today, no response back from GM.

Wade walked us through every step of the process needed to revitalize and protect our gutters, and got us the best possible price that worked with our budget. Fast installation scheduled, too. Highly recommended!
