Good experience, everything went as planned.

The whole process from start to end was great

I wad very satisfied with my initial installation. However we opted to add additional panels to our existing system. We started the process in August our installation didn't happen until February. We have never been contacted by a project coordinator. At time of installation the electricians opted to use the existing connection panel without first consulting with me. This has resulted in my entire (new and existing) panels to remain offline since install. We were told that a project coordinator would be in contact with us 24 hours after install to discuss scheduling the city and county inspection. This still had not taken place. we've recieved no communication. I've requested numerous updates and not calls.

Overall we were happy our original investment and system. However at this point I like to take the panels off.

Great materials, professional crew that completed the installation quicker than I thought possible

Since last June...making monthly payments... every time I try to contact find out that person has moved on. Empty and pathetic texts about how great everything is and yet never once a true person to person phone call? Rep came by months ago ( Von ) and pointed at my meter to say..". see it's moving...your collecting energy" Told that I would never be out of power even if there was a power outage? All that and to this day February 2023 still don't know if the 30 thousand dollar bill I got is anything more than a giant chunk of metal on my roof? Shameful customer service

I got ION and love it. I researched, hi and low, solar companies. The reason I went with ION is, they are local, I knew the sales man and they work on a watt for watt exchange with Core Electric. So I pay $72 a month for the loan on the panels and $23 a month to Core for account fees on average. With a watt for watt exchange, the cost of a watt doesn't matter. They took care of all the permits (including HOA) and the installation was done by a great staff and looks great. I encourage folks to give them a listen.”

What I like about ION Solar, is that the representatives keep you in the loop during the installation process from contracting, permitting, panel installation, etc. Their installers are respectable, knowledgeable, and courteous members of this organization. Thank you for all you do, as installation nears its completion.

I never even had to contact them. They were ahead of the game, let me know the next step every time. It was kind of seamless. They did what they told me they were going to do, and it was done. So far it seems to be good quality.

They look well made and everything looks installed properly. It was pretty smooth, and pretty quick as well. Once Encore approved of the system, it wasn't too clear what was after because we still had a wait 3 months before we could change our electrical plan to a solar friendly plan.

They have been very helpful. There was a time, a couple times where it's took a little while to get an answer, but other than that, pretty solid. They scheduled us for date to install and they were able to come out and just get everything done in one day for the most part. Obviously we had to allow access into our home and things, but it's pretty easy, and pretty efficient. There was one thing they had to come out and do again based on an inspection from the county, but other than that, it's a very simple process. It's been great equipment. I haven't had any issues with it so far, its been very easy to understand and we are definitely getting the benefits of the panels.
